Description
Villa Buddha is a contemporary house with an oriental touch that offers stunning panoramic ocean views a Stylish holiday home for for up to 6 holidaymakers.This Villa sits on the western slope of Atlanterra one of the most exclusive housing developments you will find on the Costa de la Luz.
Sheltered from the Levante wind and inspired by Hindu culture; for some Buddha has become their happy place.
A comfortable villa, well maintained and perfect for a beach vacation just a stonethrow away from the norther Coast of Africa .
Buddha sits on a 2,000m2 plot and it´s overall built size amounts to aproximately 290m2.
The House boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and 15 kilometers of sandy beaches from Atlanterra to the town of Zahara de los Atunes and all the way to the Trafalgar Lighthouse in Los Caños de Meca.
The open-plan layout of the house provides a feeling of spaciousness and comfort.
Buddha has a large living-dining room with an integrated kitchen island - fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances; this is the main axis of the house. From here, you have access to all other rooms and areas in and around the house. The lounge and TV area is set a few steps lower than the dining area, there is a very large sofa from where you can enjoy the best views.
From the living - dining room, on the western side of the house a couple of glass doors give access to a covered porch with table and chairs ideal for an outdoor lunch with the family. To in front of the living dining area, we can also access a second terrace which, in turn, gives access to the third somewhat smaller Bed room with two single beds.
The main suite, with a particularly oriental decoration, has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main balcony of the house.
In the area opposite the main bedroom, we find an adjoining but independent area with a double room and a fully equipped bathroom.
The exterior of the property is surrounded by a pretty garden with mediterranean plants and palm trees.
The lower part of the garden is accessed through a stone staircase, which leads us to the pool and barbecue area. A quiet and shaded area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy family barbecues and unforgettable moments by the pool.
The property has outdoor parking for about 3 cars and a covered garage for one more vehicle.
The crown jewel? Watching the sunsets from Villa Buddha.

- The use of the barbecue is free. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. In the event that it is left dirty, 100 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.

By J.A. on 02-May-2024It was a really nice vacation that we spent in Altantera at Villa Budha. The first step into the villa and you immediately have the beach at your feet, a breathtaking view. The villa was very clean, one of the best equipped kitchens we have found in all our vacations in Spain, top. We will definitely be back, every sunset we watched from the balconies and terrace will remain in our memories. Thank you for a very special vacation and a very special thank you to the team at Zahara Villas !!!

Schiterend uitzicht over de oceaan
By I.P. Julio 2017 on 20-Oct-2023Ruim huis in Atlanterra, lekker ruim. Schiterend uitzicht over de oceaan met zonsondergang vanuit hele huis en alle terrassen te zien. Zwembadje is relatief klein, maar voor ons prima. Op loopafstand van strand, wel pittig klimmetje terug.

Ubicación ideal, vistas inigualables y totalmente equipada en cuanto a electrodomésticos y menaje de cocina. No es que los hayamos usado demasiado, porque hemos aprovechado para salir a disfrutar de todos los restaurantes fantásticos que hay en Zahara y Barbate, pero da gusto ver que es una casa con todo lo que se puede necesitar, y no con lo justo para alquilarla.....En cualquier caso, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia y, como te comente tenemos pensado repetir este mismo año, incluso en la misma casa, después del verano, porque es un sitio maravilloso.
Beautyful view over the beach
By V.B. Oct.2015 on 20-Oct-2023We enjoyed our stay in villa budda very much, because we liked mostly the interieur of the house and the beautyful view over the beach. Everthing was perfect cleaned and prepared when we arrived. Mr. Trautz was so helpful regarding our problem whith missing luggage. Also all his advices regarding trips and restaurant suggestions had been total successful. The only thing why we were a little bit dissapointed was the very little pool and it was less sun during the day on terrasse side.This might be a problem of the season"
