Description
Villa ‘Sabater Pascual’ is a detached two story villa situated in a very desirable location, in a cul-de-sac just over a minute walk from Calan Bosch marina, and just around 5 minutes walk to the beach!Outside there’s a private pool (8.5m x 5m) and BBQ & bar area, along with several dining area and sun loungers. A lovely mix of shade and sun, and mature hedges surrounding the villa give a good amount of privacy.

Inside you access the villa via patio doors into a spacious conservatory seating area, leading through to a good size lounge and dining area. Leading off the lounge is the large kitchen (also with another dining area), a bathroom, and two ground floor bedrooms.

Upstairs is a large suite on a mezzanine level, it consists of a double bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for children) plus an en suite bathroom and a large terrace. There’s an additional fold out bed in the master suite
.
The villa is only 6 years old, and has been tastefully furnished to incorporate a mix of classic and modern styles.

By R wenzel on 20-Aug-2025I have just returned from a lovely stay at the villa. The booking system was easy and Sarah responded to all my questions. The villa was very clean and plenty of space for a family of five with three teenage kids. The outdoor space was fab and incredibly private - pool is great size with a good deep end. The only negative is that our swim wear got stained with a green tinge so avoid wearing white in the pool. The location is brilliant 5 min walk to the marina with fab restaurants. Would def rebook
Amazing stay Villa Pascual

The pool area was lovely and there was so much room. Plenty of sun and shade areas. The location was spot on, we could walk everywhere in minutes and so no car was needed, which is what we wanted. Will defo be booking to come stay here again!

The service & communication throughout the whole process was exemplary and Sarah was absolutely brilliant and did everything she could to give us an amazing & memorable holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and incredibly well maintained, and the location was superb - literally just a couple of minutes walk to the marina, shops & restaurants. The resort of Cala’n Bosch was beautiful and so friendly! We honestly cannot fault anything about this holiday and would highly recommend it!
Perfect

Villa Pascual is truly fantastic and the location, so close to the harbour with its bars and restaurants, of Cala n Bosch is second to none. The villa has fantastic privacy, the pool is a dream and its facilities are clean, well maintained and modern. The on.y thing we think would improve the experience is a welcome hamper to start off the stay and an extra week 😂…,
A fabulous villa holiday
By Jackie on 08-Jun-2024We stayed at Villa pascual in June, as a family group including an 8 month baby. The villa is stunning, spacious enough for us all, and very well equipped. It is also very well situated close to the town and all amenities, we did not feel we needed a car whilst staying there. Sarah was responsive to any concerns , and promptly replied to all queries.I was concerned regards paying by bank transfer, but Sarah put my mind at ease explaining about the simply owners guarantee. Juan, who managed the property in menorca was welcoming and was responsive to any queries. I cannot highly recommend this villa enough, you will not be disappointed if you stayed here.

By Leah Taylor on 08-Jul-2023We loved everything about the villa the location in the resort it was great being so close to all amenities marina , shops, restaurants and the beach . The villa was located on a safe quiet road with a very secure entrance which helped when you have children . We ate out every evening but the villa had all the relevant appliances and equipment for you to cook if you decided too . A great outdoor barbecue area with a fridge and sitting area for everyone with relaxing ambient lighting . We did not want to come home from Villa Pascual Cala Bosch as everyone had such a great holiday 😊 And are 100 percent booking the same villa next year .
