Villa in Cap d'Artrutx, Nr. Cala'n Bosch, Menorca, Balearic Islands - Quiet location, 200m from the sea, walking distance to centre of resort and beaches.A lovely, modern, detached villa in a quiet cul-de-sac location. It’s situated in the Cap d’Artruxt area of the resort. It’s walking distance from everything in the resort. There are a handful of shops and bars just over 5 minutes walk away, including a couple of supermarkets for your holiday essentials.
The villa has air conditioning throughout, and wifi available (subject to local network availability)
There's a spacious lounge and dining area, leading through to the kitchen.
There's a double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. The maximum occupancy is set strictly at 6.
The villa has 2 modern bathrooms. Both have large shower cubicles.
The wow factor at villa Isa is most definitely the well designed outdoor space. There’s a nicely landscaped garden providing a large decoratively tiled sun terrace surrounding the the lovely pool (8.5m x 4m)
Sun loungers are available on the terrace. There's a brick BBQ & patio furniture for you to enjoy those warm summer evenings. There’s a seating area on the covered terrace with a table and chairs, and you can even glimpse the sea from the garden. There’s plenty of grass for children to play too.
Also available, a ping pong table to keep the kids (and big kids!) amused!
Just a short walk takes you to the rocky coastline which has some lovely views and fantastic sunsets. It also makes for a lovely walk down in to the resort.

Towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly if staying 2 or more weeks. The villa is cleaned before your stay, and on your departure.

By Joanne simcock on 27-Aug-2025My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa Isa. We'd been to Calan Bosch a few times so knew the area already. The villa was definitely one of the nicest we've stayed in. The teens loved the pool and sun bathing areas, and didn't actually move much from there all week! We ventured a little further and spent a few mornings at the main beach. The beach is so beautiful, and part of what draws us back each time. We ate out around the marina a few evenings, and also had BBQs at the villa. The booking process with Sarah was easy, the villa was clean and well equipped, the pool and sun terrace are just gorgeous! When we needed to let them know about something they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend, and would 100% book again.
Great location, fab villa
By Christine Connor on 08-May-2025We stayed here as a family of 6 and had an amazing time. The villa is well equipped and the kids loved the pool. We loved the location as it's so quiet, but still close enough to the shops and bars. We walked down into the resort most evenings and found the choice of restaurants to be pretty good. The kids loved the local beach and spent a fair bit of time there. The booking process was pretty straightforward, and it was reassuring to be able to speak to someone by phone before booking. Will definitely book this villa again if we return to Menorca.
Gorgeous Villa

Villa Isa - what an amazing place to stay in Menorca!
By Tony Jones on 28-Jul-2023Well, there’s nothing really negative I have to say about our stay at Villa Isa in Cala’n Bosch, Menorca?!? The property was just as amazing in reality as it was described and pictured on the website details, and myself, wife, two daughters and mother-in-law enjoyed a very relaxing week at the villa. The leading up to our stay was well organised and communicated to us through Sarah who always promptly responded back to any questions we had. Then on the day of our arrival, Isa and her father Antonio gave us a very warm greeting with cold drinks and fresh fruit to enjoy after a long day of travel. We settled right in and the accommodation is spotless throughout the villa and clean and modern bathrooms, etc too. But the best bit is the magnificent outdoor pool, patio and verdant garden areas that makes you feel like you’re staying someplace very private and special. There’s also an impressive outdoor bbq/kitchen and seating area too. Overall, we loved our holiday here and would happily come back here again in the future!
A superb villa
By Abi on 11-Jun-2022We stayed in the villa with our two children (2 and 4 months) and 2 friends. The villa was beautifully clean and was perfect for our stay. There were a couple of restaurants and shops nearby with a beautiful harbour and beach a 20 minute walk away. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this villa again.
Lovely Villa in Quiet Location
By P Young on 11-May-2019The villa is located in a large development of other villas so there was virtually no traffic or noise around. You are literally less than 2 minutes from the sea and we could stroll down to the harbour in 20 minutes, where the majority of restaurants are. The villa is a nice size, though if you had full capacity of 8 people, the kitchen maybe a little on the small size. For our party of 3 people it wasn't an issue. The land around the villa covers three sides with pool and patio one side and garden round the other 2 sides so you can catch the sun at anytime during the day. Both bathrooms have been modernised and are lovely. Cuitadella which was the old capital is only 7km away and is a straight road so is easy to locate. On the way (10 mins from the villa by car) is a big supermarket (DISKONT) which has everything you could need. We hired a car as we figured it would cost the same as transfers to the villa (its about 55 km from airport) so we went into Cuitadella about 4 times. Lovely cobbled streets and loads of history. Plenty of places to shop and eat and generally wander around. The harbour is a lovely place to have dinner and we had a particularly nice meal in a restaurant called 'Classic' at the end of the harbour. I think there is also a Sports Bar next to this (think it might have been called Chaplins???? Was definitely playing the football). If you want a nice relaxing holiday in a safe clean environment then this is a good option
