Description
LocationLas Dos Palmeras is a detached, traditional villa with off road parking, advantageously located in a peaceful area of the resort close to open countryside, cliff tops and sea, yet just a 10 minute walk from the resort's amenities. The sandy beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away.
Pool, terraces and BBQ areas
Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the villa's swimming pool. Roman steps lead into the shallow end of the pool. The pool measures 8m x 4m with a maximum depth of 1.65 metres. Sunbathing is facilitated by the two terrace areas adjoining the pool, sunbeds are provided. The BBQ area to the side of the villa is a raised terrace with table and chairs for four people to sit comfortably, with a parasol for shade. There is a further table and chairs for four persons at the front of the villa. The villa has a pleasant roof top terrace with extensive views to the sea and open countryside. You can relax on the comfortable terrace furniture and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the spectacular sunsets over Majorca.
Living area
There is a comfortable lounge and dining area with two seater sofas, coffee table and table and chairs. There is a 32" TV with a MAG 322 box giving access to UK TV and several European channels. There is a DVD player and mini sound system with bluetooth connectivity. Books and board games are provided. Floor fans are provided in the lounge.
Bedrooms
Las Dos Palmeras features two twin bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Air conditioning is installed in both bedrooms. Mosquito blinds are fitted in both
Kitchen
There is a modern well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster and kettle.
Shower room
There is a modern shower room with walk in shower.
Further details
From the villa there is easy access to coastal footpaths and the Cami de Cavalls, a bridle path around the island which make it an ideal base for walking.
Bird watchers will also enjoy regular sightings of Booted Eagles, Fly Catchers and in the right season the Sardinian Warbler and occasionally the Egyptian Vulture.
Bicycle hire is available in nearby Alaior.,delivery and collection service available.

PLEASE NOTE THE VILLA IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE OR PARTIES OF PERSONS AGED UNDER 25.
THE CHANGE OVER DAY IS SATURDAY AND BOOKINGS ARE TAKEN FOR FULL WEEKS ONLY.
The villa will be cleaned for your arrival. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.
The Tourist tax ( Ecotax ) will be charged separately and is payable by all guests aged 16 and over at 2 euros per person for the first 7 nights then 1 euro per night for each subsequent night. Tourist licence no: ET0575ME.
PASSPORT REGISTRATION
Details of visitor's passports aged 16 and over staying in holiday accommodation must be provided to the Guardia Civil Police in Menorca. Further information will be provided during the booking process..

Had a slight issue which was immediately resolved after contacting the villa manager, couldn't have asked for better. Stunning views from the wonderful rooftop terrace and set in a lovely peaceful area of the resort.

Fabulous stay in a fabulous place

Quiet spot next to countryside and clifftops and short walk into town, so best of both worlds. A perfect distance from the airport, the villa is equipped with just what is needed for a relaxing break in comfort and with great views

Peaceful
By Shane on 14-Jun-2025Love this place we have been 4 times now and won't hesitate to return again. Quiet secluded everything you need for a great stay. The pool is fantastic and very well maintained. The Roof terrace is a lovely area too. Location is perfect only a short walk to the beach and a 5-10 min stroll to the centre which has plentiful shops Bars and restaurants. Great communication from the owner nothing ever an issue.

Sweet little villa!
By Aimee on 22-Jul-2023Enjoyed a very relaxing week at Las Dos Palmeras. Well equipped villa and everything lovely & clean on arrival (bottle of complimentary Cava much appreciated!) Property is on a nice quiet road and feels private when using the pool and garden. Great views from the upper terrace. Easy booking process, with prompt communication throughout from the owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
