Description
Casas Fiesta is a charming, detached 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private heated swimming pool. The villa comes with parking, FREE air-conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms, open -plan kitchen, separate large utility room with washing machine and American style fridge/freezer, SONOS speakers plus 2 Bluetooth Wonderboom speakers, FREE WIFI, Smart TV, Playstation and additional TV/DVD handy for the children. High chair and a travel cot are available on request at no extra charge.Once you enter the gate to Casas Fiesta you are welcomed into what can only be described as a tranquil and beautiful courtyard. This is the perfect place to unwind and find peace amongst the lemon and fig trees, relax on the swinging chairs or natural carved wooden bench. This area is cleverly lit at night time highlighting the cactus garden and pathway to this delightful villa. It is truly stunning!
The open plan modern kitchen is the hub of the villa. Previously 2 separate villas and now merged into one, the kitchen is centrally located offering a spacious dining area looking out to the pool with sea views as far as the eye can see. Access to the pool is via French Doors which span the poolside. A separate lounge off from the kitchen to the left side of the villa houses a log burner, cosy sofas and TV area.
At either end of the villa, the bedrooms consist of 2 Kingsize and 2 twin rooms with 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Outside the extended sun terrace surrounds a large pool 8m x 4m. Provided are 8 sun-loungers and a beautiful traditional Spanish BBQ area, perfect for Al fresco dining poolside whilst watching the sunset! Beautiful!
Pool heating is available at an extra charge but the clever heat retaining pool cover provided should keep the pool at a perfect temperature throughout your stay. Pool towels are provided in addition to bathroom towels and fresh linen each week. Beach towels are available for £10 per person per week. Pool and bathroom towels are not for beach use please.
Casas Fiesta is perfectly suited to 2 families or a family traveling with relatives. Location is 15 minutes by car from Mahon Airport and 20 minutes from Mahon centre, the capital of Menorca. Buses are also available to use and are a very easy way to visit Mahon. Provided in the villa are local taxi numbers as well as a bus timetable. Car hire is not essential as the local public transport is very good.
The family friendly resort of Cala n' Porter is 5 minutes walk away with many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beautiful bay and sandy beach is 10 minute walk from the villa and offers kayaks, SUP's and amazing snorkelling. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi are only 10 minutes walk from Casas Fiesta and a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. You can also join the wonderful coastal walk along the Cami de Cavalls only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

No smoking in the villa. You may smoke outside on the terrace. We do not accept young singles groups, stag or hen parties.
Booking Notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is added to the balance to be paid, and will be returned within seven days after departure unless there are any breakages, excessive cleaning required or damage, the cost of which will be deducted before repayment is made. Balance payment due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
COVID-19 We totally understand your concerns given the current situation and would like to reassure you we will fully refund your booking if the Spanish Government or your own Government close their borders and you cannot travel at the time of your booking.

The creature comforts and little touches all throughout the villa make this feel like a home rather than a holiday let. We had a great time and wished we’d booked for two weeks!! It’s located around a 10-15 minute walk to town, which has just the right amount of shops, bars and restaurants. Cala en Porter is considered a busier resort for Menorca, but it’s still relatively quiet compared to typical big, noisy resorts! However, there’s plenty to keep young adults amused in the evenings! In fact, Menorca on the whole is a total delight. Stunning white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters - you can’t beat it!

By Helen on 01-Aug-2025The villa was wonderful. We were a party of 8 (2 families) and the villa was perfect for us. Lots of space, comfortable inside and out, air con in rooms was a blessing, pool heated and very clean. We would definitely recommend it. The resort is lovely with lots of a places to eat and drink, a park for the kids and nightly kids football at the park which was only a 10/15min walk. The beach is 15 min walk to the steps down, a bit further if you need to avoid the steps. The bus to mahon is accessible from the villa too.
Beautiful Villa!
By Rachel on 13-Jul-2025Literally cannot recommend this villa enough! Emma was amazing throughout and made sure we had all the relevant information for our stay. The villa is beautiful! The rooms with the air conditioning are amazing! The kitchen was so well equipped along with the utility room, even down to shopping bags and ice blocks for days out at the beach and the toaster maker was a hit with the kids. Washing machine was a bonus too. The pool area is so well equipped to with 8 lovely sun-beds, sunshade and inflatable’s in the pool! The shaded seated area was prefect for lunch and the evening bbq’s. BBQ area was excellent too. All the furnishings were lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent! We did hire a car which was amazing as we were able to visit a couple of the beauty beaches. Cala Galdana and Son Bou are definitely worth a visit.
Amazing villa in a great location
By Donna on 18-Jun-2025Casas Fiesta is the perfect place for a group holiday. There were 8 of us for a family holiday and the villa was very spacious for us all to feel comfortable. The villa has everything you need and more, I don't think there is anything they haven't thought of. We all enjoyed spending time in the pool and BBQs in the evening. The location was fabulous being walking distance to 3 supermarkets, restaurants, bars and of course the beautiful Cala en Porter beach.
Short or long break - this villa has it all.
By Sarah on 19-May-2025Stayed here in May and the villa was perfect. Pool heated to a prefect temperature and enjoyed daily. The outside area has everything you need to relax and the view is stunning. Very private area too. The villa is spotless and fresh. Tastefully decorated and equipped with all essentials and more. I’ve returned to this villa every year for the last 5 years as it’s the best place to unwind and relax whilst also having restaurants, bars, live music and the beach all on the doorstep.

The Villa is exceptionally clean and feels fresh with comfortable beds and bedding in all bedrooms. There are good quality utensils and crockery and a good selection of the same for use when eating outside. The hair dryer and hair straightners were of good quality, which was very much appreciated during our holiday. There has obviously been alot of thought prior to letting out the villa to make the visitor as comfortable as they can be, it has a very homely lived in feeling about it and you can sense happy times have been spent there. The pool area is clean and well cared for, and the pool towels were of good quality too. Within a 7/10 minute walk you are in the village centre which is very pleasant and has many good eateries and entertainment areas. If uou want to self cater fully the 3 local supermarkets cater for everyone's needs and has some lovely pastries for breakfast and between the 3 of them you can pick up fresh fruit, vegetables and meat which they will deliver to your door free of charge but we always gave them a small tip just to say thank you, they work so hard in such high temperatures and they often go un noticed. To sum it up this was the best villa we have been in so far and would love to think we all could return to one day. Hats off to Emma and her team.
