Description
Casas Fiesta is a charming, detached 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private heated swimming pool. The villa comes with parking, FREE air-conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms, open -plan kitchen, separate large utility room with washing machine and American style fridge/freezer, SONOS speakers plus 2 Bluetooth Wonderboom speakers, FREE WIFI, Smart TV, Playstation and additional TV/DVD handy for the children. High chair and a travel cot are available on request at no extra charge.Once you enter the gate to Casas Fiesta you are welcomed into what can only be described as a tranquil and beautiful courtyard. This is the perfect place to unwind and find peace amongst the lemon and fig trees, relax on the swinging chairs or natural carved wooden bench. This area is cleverly lit at night time highlighting the cactus garden and pathway to this delightful villa. It is truly stunning!
The open plan modern kitchen is the hub of the villa. Previously 2 separate villas and now merged into one, the kitchen is centrally located offering a spacious dining area looking out to the pool with sea views as far as the eye can see. Access to the pool is via French Doors which span the poolside. A separate lounge off from the kitchen to the left side of the villa houses a log burner, cosy sofas and TV area.
At either end of the villa, the bedrooms consist of 2 Kingsize and 2 twin rooms with 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Outside the extended sun terrace surrounds a large pool 8m x 4m. Provided are 8 sun-loungers and a beautiful traditional Spanish BBQ area, perfect for Al fresco dining poolside whilst watching the sunset! Beautiful!
Pool heating is available at an extra charge but the clever heat retaining pool cover provided should keep the pool at a perfect temperature throughout your stay. Pool towels are provided in addition to bathroom towels and fresh linen each week.
Casas Fiesta is perfectly suited to 2 families or a family traveling with relatives. Location is 15 minutes by car from Mahon Airport and 20 minutes from Mahon centre, the capital of Menorca. Buses are also available to use and are a very easy way to visit Mahon. Provided in the villa are local taxi numbers as well as a bus timetable. Car hire is not essential as the local public transport is very good.
The family friendly resort of Cala n' Porter is 5 minutes walk away with many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beautiful bay and sandy beach is 10 minute walk from the villa and offers kayaks, SUP's and amazing snorkelling. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi are only 10 minutes walk from Casas Fiesta and a wonderful spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. You can also join the wonderful coastal walk along the Cami de Cavalls only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

No smoking in the villa. You may smoke outside on the terrace. We do not accept young singles groups, stag or hen parties.
Booking Notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is added to the balance to be paid, and will be returned seven days after departure unless there are any breakages, excessive cleaning required or damage, the cost of which will be deducted before repayment is made. Balance payment due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

You couldn’t ask for more!
By Rachel Lisney on 03-Jun-2022This property is beautiful. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Calen Porter and in such a peaceful spot. The pool and pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers and a table and chairs in a covered area with a BBQ which is great for lazy lunches by the pool. The villa was immaculate with comfortable beds. The cupboards are full of everything you could need - hairdryers, travel plugs, toys for the kids, pool toys. Even the kitchen had condiments and washing up liquid so you don’t need to and buy things that you’d hardly use. Really can’t fault it. The owners have thought of everything and even left us some beer and wine in the fridge. Very thoughtful and we would definitely book to come back here.

By Scott Rennison on 26-May-2022Family break for 4 inc 2 teenagers ( 17 & 15). Casas Fiesta is a wonderful property affording privacy & family time in equal measure. It is an immaculate house which we thoroughly enjoyed which gave us the break we needed. It is just a short stroll away from the centre of Cala'n Porter. Plus another stroll from Club Menorca which has amazing views of the beach & crystal clear waters. The area is very quiet and is a wonderful place to take a break from it all......highly reccomend.
Perfect Family Holiday.
By Paul Ford on 03-May-2022Casas Fiesta is a fantastic villa with everything you would ever need to make a home from home. I cannot think of anything that was missing. Cala en Porter is a lovely village resort with some great restaurants and a stunning beach. The comunication with the villa owner has been superb from booking to arriving home. I cannot recommend this villa enough especially for a large family group holiday for a perfect time together.
