This lovely detached villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner & modern kitchen. It sleeps up to 6 people. There is a good size private pool with plenty of sun bathing terracing and outside dining area. The villa has air conditioning in the lounge, fans is all bedrooms, UK TV (inc BBC, ITV etc), DVD player, Free WiFi, washing machine etc. It is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Calan Porter and the beach steps.
Changeover day is usually Monday but maybe flexible.
To reserve the villa a deposit is required and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Strictly non smoking inside the villa please. Also no pets allowed.
