Description
Villa Vergara is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10-minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala'n Porter and Mahon.The garden area has a spacious terrace surrounding the kidney-shaped swimming pool. There is an area with an artificial lawn furnished with loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a covered porch furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The villa also has a stone barbecue.
The property been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor.

By Shawn on 27-Sep-2025Great location, peaceful yet a short walk into the centre. The villa is spacious with a fantastic pool. minor issues were, lack of bbq tools, the curtains were dirty and the cushions on the bed were dusty! But nothing we couldn't cope with.
