Description
Villa Plomero is located in Cala en Porter, a wonderful beach resort just 7km from the capital town Mahón and the airport. This south-coast village offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within a 10-minute walk from the villa. The spectacular white sand beach with shallow turquoise water and beach amenities, including sunbed and umbrella hire, public showers, public toilets, beach bars, kayaking, a children´s playground, and free parking, can be accessed via steps or road. For those who would like to explore the island, there is car hire available from the resort centre and public buses to Mahon and Alaior.A 340m2 plot close to the countryside, the villa has a gated entrance with an enclosed garden. Surrounding the private swimming pool (7m x 3m) is a sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers, a parasol, and garden sofas for relaxing in the sunshine. The shaded porch has direct access to the lounge, is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a stone barbeque.
Villa Plomero has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The perfect layout for a small family or couples and friends sharing. It is furnished with comfortable modern furniture and has air-conditioning in the lounge and floor fans in both bedrooms. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor:

By Sharlene on 31-Oct-2025We enjoyed our stay at this villa — it’s in a peaceful location with a lovely pool and outdoor area that made relaxing very easy. On arrival, the property was a bit tricky to find due to both the old and new villa numbers being displayed, which caused some confusion. However, the host, Gurbia, was very responsive and helpful, and she sent her partner Daniel to assist us — he arrived quickly and was friendly and accommodating. During our stay we had a couple of minor issues (two lights and the TV weren’t working initially), but again, the host responded promptly and Daniel came over right away to sort things out. Toward the end of our stay we also noticed some ants in the kitchen, which we reported. For guests planning to self-cater, it’s worth noting that the kitchen setup is limited — there’s no oven, and the bin inside is quite small. Rubbish needs to be taken to the nearby village bins, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a quiet setting.

By Adam on 01-Aug-2025Fantastic accommodation, quiet, peaceful area, private pool a real bonus for having a dip! Although we hired a car, which was incredibly useful, we often walked to the local beach and shops, only 10-15mins away. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, and area!

Lovely Stay
By Sarah-Jane on 16-May-2025We had such a lovely stay at the villa. The villa was very clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and poolside area was really lovely and the BBQ was a nice touch. Gurbia was great at responding quickly and also allowed to stay at the property later before our flight. Would highly recommend if staying in Menorca.
