Villa Cassia is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala'n Porter and Mahon.
The garden area has a spacious terrace surrounding the kidney-shaped swimming pool, which is furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch area, with direct access to the lounge and kitchen, has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a stone barbeque for open-air cooking.
The property been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor.
Ground Floor: Lounge/dining room with access to the pool terrace, independent kitchen with access to the pool terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over
COVID-19 Conditions: In the case that guests have to cancel their stay due to lockdown travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, the full amount paid will be transferred to alternative dates.
