Description
Villa Fleur is located in Cala en Porter, a wonderful beach resort just 7km from the capital town Mahón and the airport. This south-coast village offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within a 10-minute walk from the villa. The spectacular white sand beach with shallow turquoise water and beach amenities, including sunbed and umbrella hire, public showers, public toilets, beach bars, kayaking, a children´s playground, and free parking, can be accessed via steps or road. For those who would like to explore the island, there is car hire available from the resort centre and public buses to Mahon and Alaior.The gated swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. Steps from the pool terrace lead up to the entrance balcony with direct access to the lounge/dining room. This is an ideal area for al fresco dining with table and chairs and a canopy for shade. At the back of the villa is a second terrace with access to the kitchen and annexe bedroom. The villa also has a stone barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Villa Fleur is a traditional Spanish villa that has been furnished and equipped to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay for guests.
Main House: lounge/dining room with TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 1 super king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 family bathroom.
Annexe: 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower-room. The annexe has independent exterior access and access from inside the main house.
Ceiling fans and air-conditioning are available in all bedrooms.

Peaceful Villa
By Gary on 21-Oct-2025Very peaceful spot, great views, hiking trails nearby were great too. Good choice of restaurants locally. Supermarkets expensive so worth going to Mao for much better value. Menorca is an excellent place to visit.
Great Stay
By Mathilde on 14-Oct-2025We had a great stay with friends (6) at Villa Fleur. Gurbia was very pleasant and always available from the start of the booking to our departure. The villa is perfectly equipped, we were able to enjoy the 2 terraces one overlooking the pool and the other well equipped with barbecue. Comfortable rooms, bedding and bathrooms. The villa is located in a very quiet area. We recommend this villa.

By Tracey on 06-Oct-2025A nice clean villa in a very quiet area only 15 minute walk to amenities. Gurbia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and responded to any questions/queries within minutes. I would recommend the villa for anyone wanting a nice quiet relaxing holiday. The pool was lovely though a little cold but fine once you’re in. Villa had plenty of cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
