Description

Villa Fleur is located in Cala en Porter, a wonderful beach resort just 7km from the capital town Mahón and the airport. This south-coast village offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within a 10-minute walk from the villa. The spectacular white sand beach with shallow turquoise water and beach amenities, including sunbed and umbrella hire, public showers, public toilets, beach bars, kayaking, a children´s playground, and free parking, can be accessed via steps or road. For those who would like to explore the island, there is car hire available from the resort centre and public buses to Mahon and Alaior.

The gated swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. Steps from the pool terrace lead up to the entrance balcony with direct access to the lounge/dining room. This is an ideal area for al fresco dining with table and chairs and a canopy for shade. At the back of the villa is a second terrace with a ping-pong table, and access to the kitchen and annexe bedroom. The villa also has a stone barbecue for outdoor cooking.

Villa Fleur is a traditional Spanish villa that has been furnished and equipped to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay for guests.
Main House: lounge/dining room with TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 family bathroom.
Annexe: 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. The annexe has independent exterior access and access from inside the main house.
Ceiling fans are available in all bedrooms and air-conditioning is connected from 8pm - 9am.

All that you need

We cannot recommend La Villa Company highly enough, and Gurbia in particular. Communication was prompt and helpful at all times. Gurbia offered & arranged to have a small amount of provisions at the Villa as we were arriving late which was a life saver. On our last day, although we had to vacate the Villa to allow cleaning for the next guests, our flight was not to later that day; Gurbia held on to our cases until our transfer taxi arrived that evening allowing us 1 final day on the beach. As a family of 7, Villa Fleur provided all that we needed for our family holiday. It was clean upon arrival and laundry change was provided half way through our 2 week stay. The dishwasher and washing machines are easy to use. The air-con in the bedrooms were essential for the midday heat. Whilst not the "shiniest" villa in town we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pool and air-con were life savers. The villa is about a 10 min walk away from the restaurants and bars of cala en porter and a few mins walk away from the amazing cave bar which we absolutely recommend. Club menorca nearby is also a great place to head for dinner. I''m all, the 6 of us had an amazing time here and would absolutely recommend it to friends or family!

That’s was our first stay in menorca , and to be honest one of the most relaxing places I’ve stay so far. If you looking for a great walks in coast and being close to beach , highly recommended!!
