Villa S’Ullastre is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The town offers everything, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10-minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala’n Porter and Mahon during the summer months.

The villa has a small private garden offering everything guests need for outdoor living.
The swimming pool (6m x 4m) area is furnished with sunbeds for relaxing in the sun, and the terrace closest to the villa offers a stone barbeque and table and chairs for al fresco dining and cooking. There is also a large parasol for shade during the hotter hours of the day.
