This villa is perfectly orientated for sunsets and offers relaxing views from the pool terrace; enjoy summer evenings watching the sun go down whilst dining al fresco on the terrace.This villa is set in the lovely and quiet area of Cala en Porter, conveniently only 10 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes’ walk to the lively centre with a range of bars, shops and restaurants. This recently renovated menorcan villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with air conditioning and heating in all its spacious rooms with Wifi, smartTV, kitchen with all facilities, conveniently all on one floor. Find comfort in this high quality, private and very intimate villa.
Cala en Porter has amazing restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Covas den Xoroi is located in spectacular natural caves 25m above the sea with outdoor platforms to gaze at the incredible sunsets and listen to live music and consistently rated as one of the top 10 sunset bars in Europe. Market stalls on some evenings sell lovely little gifts to take home. Cala en Porter is set on the cliffs of a stunning bay with splendid views. It is a wonderful area for walking, cycling, horseriding and other outdoor activities.

The villa itself is gorgeous, it backs onto a nature reserve and the neighbourhood is very quiet so perfect for a tranquil holiday. We love the privacy. The villa is spacious enough for 6 of us. Very clean too. There is a new kitchen installed which is lovely. We will be back! Thanks Hollie
ideal family stay
By Meagan on 10-Jun-2023Wonderful home to stay for our family of four while exploring Menorca. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, the pool was great, and all amenities needed were provided. Hollie was very helpful with recommendations and easy to communicate with. The local beach was beautiful!
PERFECT villa for our family holiday!
By Chloe on 10-Aug-2024This was the perfect accommodation for our stay on Menorca. The place was stunning, the pool was amazing and it was so peaceful. The air con across the bedrooms and living room made inside really cool, and it was really comfortable. Outside was loads of space for us to enjoy the sun (and the shade), and it felt very safe having a 3 and 6 year old with us. There was lots to do in the area, only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to take you into Mahon, and the town was a 10 minute walk with supermarkets that kept us fed and watered for 2 weeks! Hollie was a great host, gave us lots of clear instructions and advice and we will definitely come back!
Amazing villa with all amenities!
By Yuma on 18-Jun-2024Lovely villa with a big pool! Clean house and pool. Check-in was very easy. The villa was more than large enough for 5 of us. The kitchen had lots of amenities, and there was even a BBQ outside! We hired a car during our trip- it might have been tricky to get around without one, as Cala en Porter is a fairly small town. We would definitely recommend it.
