This villa is perfectly orientated for sunsets and offers relaxing views from the pool terrace; enjoy summer evenings watching the sun go down whilst dining al fresco on the terrace.This villa is set in the lovely and quiet area of Cala en Porter, conveniently only 10 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes’ walk to the lively centre with a range of bars, shops and restaurants. This recently renovated menorcan villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with air conditioning and heating in all its spacious rooms with Wifi, smartTV, kitchen with all facilities, conveniently all on one floor. Find comfort in this high quality, private and very intimate villa.
Cala en Porter has amazing restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Covas den Xoroi is located in spectacular natural caves 25m above the sea with outdoor platforms to gaze at the incredible sunsets and listen to live music and consistently rated as one of the top 10 sunset bars in Europe. Market stalls on some evenings sell lovely little gifts to take home. Cala en Porter is set on the cliffs of a stunning bay with splendid views. It is a wonderful area for walking, cycling, horseriding and other outdoor activities.

Pool was a great size (bigger than photos)!
By rebecca on 12-Aug-2025just returned from a lovely week staying at this beautiful villa. Communication and local recommendations from Hollie were great. The villa was clean and comfortable and relatively modern compared to some of the villas we have previously stayed at (which the teenagers loved). Pool was a great size (bigger than photos) and there were lots of different seating options outside. We were a group of 5 females and each room having their own bathroom was very convenient :) We walked into town most evenings for dinner and would recommend Club Menorca (great view), Vela (great pizza) and Casa Tia Tapas. We also drove to Ca'n Bernat (family run restaurant) one night (on route to Mahon, only about 10 mins drive) which does great steak and also has a lovely view from the terrace. We drove to Ciutedella but got the bus to Mahon (so didnt have to worry about parking). There are 2 bus stops, one at the top of Ave Centrale (close to villa) and one in the main town so all very easy. A great holiday
The outdoor space was just amazing

The villa layout was perfect for us, along with a well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room. The beds were comfortable and the Aircon was nice and quiet. The outdoor space was just amazing, lots of places to sit and relax. The sunset from the roof terrace is a must to see. The pool is a good size and deep enough to dive into, especially on those really hot days! The morning chorus of the birds was a treat to hear, we would have loved to have stayed longer and attracted them into the garden. Thank you to Hollie for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa and for responding to our enquiries promptly. We really didn't want to leave!!

By Claire on 08-Jul-2025Hollie’s villa is fabulous. Clean, spacious, 3 bathrooms a huge plus, the new poolside gazebo provided great shade, kitchen really well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood & fantastic pool. Handy to town & beach on foot, but a car recommended for exploring further afield. Hollie was a great host & we would highly recommend this villa.

The villa itself is gorgeous, it backs onto a nature reserve and the neighbourhood is very quiet so perfect for a tranquil holiday. We love the privacy. The villa is spacious enough for 6 of us. Very clean too. There is a new kitchen installed which is lovely. We will be back! Thanks Hollie
