Description
Villa Alicia is a large and spacious, located just outside the resorts centre and all the restaurants and cafes and only a short 10-minute walk to the beach. There are four good sized bedrooms, three bathrooms with a large kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room, with pretty terrace, swimming pool and shaded dining space and built-in BBQ - perfect for alfresco dining and morning Mediterranean breakfasts. Surrounded by tropical plants and bougainvillea, the villa offers plenty of privacy. All villas are subject to an additional 300 euro security deposit, which is refundable the day after your check out date.Bedroom Details

Its location to the centre was great just a short walk. The host Charlie was great at communicating and all information was given. Overall a fantastic stay!

Beautiful villa and pool, amazing and peaceful location
By Matthew on 09-Aug-2024Beautiful villa and pool, amazing and peaceful location and still only 10-15 minute walk to all restaurants and bars. Only 20 minute walk to beach which is also stunning and great for kids as water is calm and shallow. The whole area feels very safe. Charlie was amazing answering any questions quickly, provided clear instructions on the villa and also left some welcoming treats which was very helpful so thank you for making our holiday stress free. Would highly recommend this villa!

Villa Alicia
By Vat on 01-Jul-2024Villa Alicia is a lovely space with a great swimming pool. The villa itself is extremely well equipped and has everything you need. Charlie is very responsive, we had a small issue with the pool and it was resolved within a few hours. Well located within walking distance of all bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a great stay at Cala'n Porter.

By Jenny on 29-Jun-2024My family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children under 5) had a great stay at Villa Alicia. Everything was as described, I loved the pool area and close to the beach and restaurants. We rented a car to explore the island but were able to walk to the shops, beach and restaurants and also took the bus to Mahon which was very easy. Also very close to the Airport. I would recommend it for a family looking for an easy holiday, we had a great time!
