Description
Villa Oceana is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala'n Porter and Mahon.Surrounding the kidney-shape swimming pool is a spacious terrace furnished with loungers for relaxing in the sun and two outdoor tables for al fresco dining and cooking with the stone barbeque.
The property has been decorated with comfortable and quality furniture and is equipped with everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor.

Lovely and Peaceful Villa
By Natalie on 22-Jul-2025Gurbia was amazing from start to finish, she gave us advice re car hire, getting around the island, directions, supermarkets etc. She sorted out anything & everything in super fast timings, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She even took our flight details in order to manage the cleaning teams so we could get into the Villa earlier. We will defo be using her again. The Villa itself was as listed, lovely, peaceful & great pool. Firm comfy bed, Air con, good comfy outdoor seating & loungers. Well equipped kitchen too. We hired a car as driving around the island was super easy, we loved Ciutadella, Mitjana beach, Mahón for shopping & sunset meals at the Harbour & the Aquarock water park.

Una muy buena opción para venir con niños o con tu pareja. Translation: The days in the villa were fantastic. The area is very quiet and our nosotros do not escape without noise. The swimming pool is fantastic. There is a good option to come with children or with you.
