Description
A wonderful, spacious three bedroom, two bathroom modern villa (sleeps six) with private pool in an ideal location. It is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the restaurants and shops and the wonderful beach of Cala en Porter.The villa has a large lounge/dining room (with air-con, smart TV and wifi) with large patio doors giving access to the terrace; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, nespresso machine; 1 double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, 1 further double bedroom with king size bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Outside on the terrace, there is a large table and chairs for alfresco dining and a lounge area, which is perfect for enjoying cocktails and the stunning sunsets on an evening. Surrounding the private swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers and parasol. There is also a barbeque for open-air cooking.
The villa is ideally situated in Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters is also within walking distance and can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala'n Porter and Mahon.

Booking details (please request to see our full terms and conditions, which will, in any event, be provided on a booking) - in peak season the villa can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights, in multiples of 7 (i.e. one week or two). Changer overs are either Friday or Saturday (subject to availability). We can be flexible in off-peak season, please ask.
Payments for the Villa must be made as follows:
a. At the time of booking: 25% of the Villa cost (or 100% if booked within 12 weeks of arrival)
b. Balance due: 12 weeks before arrival.
c. The balance of the Villa must be paid 12 weeks prior to departure or at the time of booking if within 12 weeks of arrival. If we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
Plus tourist tax which will be calculated and confirmed to you. We will also ask for a damage deposit which will be refunded to you provided that there is no damage.
PASSPORT REGISTRATION: Copies of passports for anyone aged 16 or over must be provided as we need to submit these to the relevant authorities. Copies need to be provided when the final balance is made.
Towels and linen are provided. Beach towels are NOT provided, please bring your own.
Checkin is 3pm and checkout is by 10am on the day of departure.

By Sara Holidaymaker on 17-Oct-2025We loved our week at Villa Nico! From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. There is just a short transfer from the airport (we hired a car and the roads were very easy to navigate). The villa is stunning, with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need, from kitchen kit to outdoor washing lines/pegs. It has been newly decorated and everything is smart and stylish. The bedrooms are spacious with so much storage space and ample plug sockets. The showers are powerful and hot. The outdoor space is extremely comfortable with a lovely sofa area on the veranda for watching the sunset, a large outdoor dining area and lots of comfy sun loungers around the pool. The villa is located in a safe, family-oriented resort, which is easy to walk around and has plenty of restaurant options. It is a short 8-minute walk to a beautiful beach. You can also explore the island easily by car. We will definitely be back!
Perfect villa
By Rachael Holt on 04-Oct-2025Absolutely perfect villa for a lovely holiday. The villa has everything you could possibly want in a perfect location close to the resort centre and beach. It is immaculately presented with very comfy beds, quality bedding and towels, a dishwasher and washing machine. Loved having a bath in my en-suite bathroom. The pool meant we didn’t need to go to the beach but enjoyed having the best of both. Less than 5 mins walk is Club Menorca with a stunning sea view terrace with fantastic coffee and food. Definitely a must when staying here. The taxi from the airport was only €22 and really easy to sort outside the airport for the short ride to the villa.
Beautiful Villa
By Jayne & Dave on 31-Aug-2025We’ve stayed at Villa Nico a couple of times under previous owner, but wow what great improvements Abby & Ian have made. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and the updated king size bed was much needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely return.
Casa Nico - It’s the dogs Balearics!
By The Whittingham Family on 09-Aug-2025Casa Nico is just fabulous! A clean, spacious and modern villa that has all the amenities a family or group of friends needs for a fantastic holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the villa owners and they communicated so well before and during our holiday and even gave us bar and restaurant recommendations. We have done a few villa holidays as a family now and Villa Nico and Cala En Porter is the best yet! It’s definitely the dog’s Balearics!
Perfect in every way!!
By Suzanne Cambridge on 21-Jun-2025What a perfect find. I travelled with 2 friends, we are all nearly 60 with hectic life’s so wanted a bit of peace and we definitely found it. Villa Nico is 5* in every way from the perfect location to every kitchen utensil you could ever need. The supermarket, restaurants and beach are within a 5 min walk. We stayed around the pool most days as it was a godsend in the 30° heat. We ate out at Club Menorca which is a must and we even went there for breakfast one day as the views are stunning. We had fun in the Aloha bar where the cocktails were fantastic. Mahón town is 15 mins in a taxi and cost 20 euros. Villa is perfect for couples, families and friends. I have already enquired about another week next year. Book this place as you won’t be disappointed.
Convenient, well equipped, great pool

The villa is generously apportioned, the pool is straight out the front door and surprisingly deep, the location is about 5 minutes from the beach. Great trail running easy accessible. The kitchen was just like home, with a convection hob and oven and a full set of pans. I had to work a couple of days and the WiFi didn’t miss a beat. Heartily recommend on every level.
