Villa Florida is nestled in the cliff-top tourist resort of Cala’n Porter on the island’s south coast and just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Ideal for families, the town offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops, all within easy walking distance. The stunning beach with its crystal-clear waters can be accessed by road or steps and features two beach bars serving local tapas and drinks. Other beautiful south coast beaches, such as Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, and Son Bou, are approximately a 15-minute drive away, and the capital, Mahon, is only 10 minutes by car. Car rentals are available in the resort, and a daily summer bus service runs between Cala’n Porter and Mahon.The exterior of this beautifully refurbished villa exudes modern elegance, with clean lines and stylish touches, creating the ideal outdoor living space. Bordering the swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers that provide the perfect spot for soaking up the sun. Accessed via exterior steps, the villa is arranged on one level and includes an open-plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional shower room. The property is fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout.

Payment Schedule
Confirmation Deposit: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
60 days prior to arrival: 90% (non-refundable)
Payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or Bank transfer
Balearic Government Eco-tax: 2.00 € per person, per night for all guests 16 years and over
Security deposit: 300 € per stay
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation charge of 100% of the total price is payable for cancellations within 60 days before arrival.
Minimum Age: The person placing the booking must be over 25 years of age.
All guests are obliged to complete the required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

By Christophe on 25-Oct-2025Great stay in this wonderful villa, located in Cala en Porter, charming seaside city. The villa were very clean and comfy and well furnished. We appreciated a lot the quiet area, very close to supermarkets and nice restaurants (ten minutes walk). The outside is fabulous, with pool and rooftop allowing pretty views. Gurbia were extremely helpful and always quick responsive. A guidebook has been provided some days before our arrival, with all information to discover the island and with great recommendations. Thank you very much Gurbia ! We loved everything ! We hope to come back again.
Beautiful Place
By Debbie on 13-Sep-2025Beautiful place and very nice outlook on the patio and rooftop. Recommend staying here, as the villa is very well laid out and extremely well equipped. Kitchen utensils and equipment perfect and the whole place is beautifully furnished. Comfy double bed in main bedroom and lovely en-suite bathroom. Gurbia were extremely helpful and always on hand. I really felt like they knew how to run this business. Cala en Porter can be a bit hilly, but very pretty indeed. Villa is private, and you felt secluded,even though there were lots of villas around the area. All in all, a wonderful villa with exceptional amenities and beautiful clean rooms. Thank you Gurbia.

Absolutely Perfect!
By Emma on 12-Jul-2025Absolutely perfect! The villa was more than we’d hoped for so beautiful, everything we needed for the barbecue & kitchen. The outside space was perfect with comfy furniture and the top balcony sea view was an added bonus! The beds are super comfy & bathrooms nice clean and modern. The owners have really thought about the layout it works really well. The town & beach are only a 15 min walk away lots of nice restaurants/bars nearby. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful House
By Marcel on 28-Jun-2025I would like to thank Gurbia for the very good communication - I rented this beautiful house for my good friend, her daughter and her son (60, 35 and 4 years old) - I myself did not live in the house. I found the house very tastefully furnished and as a hobby cook to see that there was a gas stove in the kitchen, made my heart beat faster. The house has beautiful terraces, a very spacious swimming pool area with, among other things, an outdoor grill/barbecue/fireplace. The only thing I find unfortunate is that check-in is only possible from 4:00 pm and that guests have to leave the house at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Although I understand, of course, that in high season you need some time to clean the house again. And I understand that if no new guests need the house on the day of departure, Gurbia is very flexible when it comes to checking out. I can only recommend this house - very suitable for family with children. Thank you
