Furnished to a high standard with brand new curtains and freshly painted, Casa Dos Mas is proud to make a come back to the rental market after being purchased by new owners who are passionate about providing you with the best self catering holiday experience in Cala en Porter that you have had to date. The villa has three well equipped bedrooms with double beds and brand new air conditioning in each bedroom and lounge. The large shower room has everything needed including a washing machine, cleaning products and laundry detergents and iron. The smaller bathroom has a bath tub making it easier for little ones to bath. Both bathrooms have brand new sink units with storage. The living area has two sofas, large TV with multiple TV language options, air-conditioning and new curtains. There is highspeed fibre optic based in the lounge and transmitted throughout the property and terrace. The kitchen has everything needed for a self catering holiday plus the convenience of a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A small dining table with 4 chairs makes breakfast with the little ones easy. The villa enjoys a large outdoor space with a raised wrap around covered terrace directly from the lounge including an outside dining table. On the lower level there is a large area for children to burn of some steam with a ball game and the pool terrace with sun loungers, umbrella and BBQ. The whole property is enclosed ensuring it is the perfect retreat for families but we do recommend children are supervised at all times.

Everything is provided for you to enjoy a self catering holiday inside and outside. Even the best sun lovers need a time out so every bedroom and the lounge has brand new air-conditioning.

Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is 10:00 prompt. We only accept bookings Friday to Friday but may be able to offer some flexibility outside of peak season so be sure to ask.

It is an easy 15 minute journey from the airport by taxi, pre booked transfer, hire car or even bus if you don't mind changing line in Mahon.

25% due at time of booking 25% due 190 days before arrival. Remaining balance due 56 days before arrival plus tourist tax based on 2.20€ per person over 16 years of age, per night staying. Rate reduces to 1.10€ per person per night from the 8th night of the stay.
