Hello Carlo You have an absolutely beautiful property we are so happy we chose this one, relaxing by the pool and the weather is beautiful too!
We spent two wonderful weeks staying at Villa La Serena at the end of August 2017. Its location is great - 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the town's restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The villa itself is the best equipped I have ever stayed at the kitchen had everything you would ever need, the appliances were very clean and felt like new including the cookware even the bbq was spotless. We could tell the owner had put a lot of thought into what guests required. The pool was extensively cleaned twice a week (and early morning so it did not interrupt our day). It felt spacious with lots of storage in the bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a luxury. The outside space had the sun all day and the sunset was just stunning. I loved the fact it is not overlooked and is extremely private. From the pool and terrace you have views of the sea and hill tops as the name suggestion it was serene. The owner, Carlo, and his local agent were extremely responsive and helpful. We had all the information we could want from how to first access the property and also information on Menorca. I am sure we will return soon and I have already recommended this villa to family and friends.
This is the second time I have stayed at La Serena and again we had a fabulous time. It is about 5 minute walk from the town centre with several supermarkets/shops and good selection of bars and restaurants. The villa is well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is fully fitted with all equipment needed. Wifi worked well. Only downside was that the information stated there is a DVD player but if there is, we couldn't find it. However, it did not affect our holiday. The pool is a good size and you can see the sea over the rooftops from the patio. Communication with Carlo is excellent and he is very obliging with any issues or questions I posed to him. I highly recommend this villa and hope to visit again sometime.
