Description
New 3 bedroom villa with private pool.Our detached family villa is in a quiet residential area in the resort of Cala’n Porter on the south coast of the island and is the perfect setting for a private and peaceful family holiday.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The pool and terrace area are south-west facing and gets sunshine all day with views of the sunset on the sea in the evening.
There is a large lounge and dining area furnished with a table for 6-10 people, double sofa, air-conditioning, free satellite TV, Internet (Wi-fi) free, radio/CD, DVD.
A large double sliding door leads onto a terrace and poolside areas suitable for sunbathing. Garden covered by brown volcanic gravel surrounding the villa.
Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, over head shower, WC, crystal sink and bidet.
Family bathroom with shower, WC and turquoise marble sink, washing machine.

Bedroom 1: double bed, with large en-suite bathroom, large built-in wardrobes with safe box, satellite led TV, air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, built-in wardrobes, fan with remote control.
Bedroom 3: double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning.
Notes on accommodation:
The site of the property neighbouring to the street is fenced and gated. Walls all around the property. There is a key safe at the entry. Extra bed for hire (seventh) at an extra cost. Hairdryer. No pets. No smoking inside the villa, please."
Coast/Beach:
Cala'n Porter beach is a 10 min walk from the villa and can be reached by steps, car, or a tourist train which has several drop-off points. The large safe sandy beach is enclosed by high cliffs, with beach bars, restaurants, shops and the hire of sunbeds and pedaloe.
Travel:
Mahon airport is situated 13 mins from Cala'n Porter by bus or 10 mins by car. Cala'n Porter 'town' itself has everything you require, no car is needed.
There are; restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, taxi rank, hairdressers, internet cafè, bus stops, car hire companies and currency exchange booths. If you do wish to explore the island and visit one of the 100 beautiful beaches, hire a car for a few days, it is highly recommended!
Distances:
Mahon town and port 15 mins by car. Alaior 20 mins by car. Ciutadella 40 mins by car. Son Parc 30 mins by car. Canutells 10 mins by car.
Binibeca 20 mins by car. Punta Prima 20 mins by car.
Government Eco-Tax
Guests 16 years and over must pay the Balearic Government Eco-tax which is €2+IVA per night and per person for the first 9 nights, then €1 for the remaining nights (2021).

If guests have an early arrival or a late departure time please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
We reserve the right to deduct supplementary charges from the security deposit if the property is not vacated at the stipulated time.
Minimum Age
The person placing the booking must be over 21 years.
All guests are obliged to complete required Passport or ID information prior to arrival in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Carlo is a brilliant host and will answer any questions quickly. We've been going to Cala en Porter for over 12 years now, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Beautiful Villa

Carlo was very helpful with every email, and gave all the information we requested. The villa itself was very clean and spacious. About 10 min walk to all the great amenities in town. Can't wait to return next year.

A beautiful villa
By Pat Scarborough on 20-Jun-2025We have stayed here now for a number of years and have never been disappointed. The villa is very well equipped and you want for nothing. The pool is in the sun for most of the day and is quite secluded. All equipment and household laundry is of a very high standard.

Fantastic villa
By Dawn Hewitt on 02-Aug-2024The Villa was very clean and had plenty of equipment. The position was very convenient for restaurant and shops. Pool and terrace are fantastic with plenty of shade. The beach is not far, we drove to it but parking is terrible after 9.30. Samos restaurant is excellent value and great choice of food. The owners of villa communicated with us well from booking to arrival. Unfortunately the villa is booked for 2025
Beautiful villa and views
By Michelle G. on 28-Jun-2024Beautiful well maintained villa, gardens and pool. It had everything and more that you would need for the enjoyment of your holiday. The beds were so comfortable enabling a good nights sleep. There were 4 adults and an 11 year old in our party. The villa was very spacious, plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was really well equipped with a good size fridge freezer. We hired a car as we like to explore the island. However, all the bars and restaurants were just a short walk away and there is a good bus service should you wish to use it. Cala en Porter is very family friendly with a gorgeous beach. The owner Carlo was very quick to reply to any communication I sent him. Booking was straight forward. We will definitely be back.
