Description
Villa completed in June 2011 in a quiet location set back off the road . The large lounge has a dining area with a large flat screen HD TV. We have installed a 1.8m satellite dish and are now able to receive free view channels BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc ( some channels may be lost in bad weather), DVD Player, CD Player. Lounge doors open onto a terrace with outdoor eating area and large poolside area for sunbathing. Kitchen is fully equipped including a marble breakfast bar. One double bedroom with ensuite, two twin rooms all with air conditioning and 1 family bathroom. There is a large roof terrace for sunbathing, with spectacular panoramic views. Changeover Day:
Only Friday to Friday change over. On day of arrival the villa will be ready for you at 4pm. On your day of departure, the villa is to be vacated by 10am.

Perfect, as always!

A fabulous week
By Lucy McDonnell on 27-May-2022Villa is in a excellent location 10/15 mins walking distance from Restaurants, Shops and Beach. Villa is in good order and maintained well. Mattress for main bedroom was very comfortable. Kids say theirs were comfy too. Plenty of seating outside for all to enjoy. Bbq to use is a great extra if you want a night in. Loved our stay and it was much needed. Thank you!
Villa Rose Simply Perfect
By Michael Isherwood on 06-May-2022We had two weeks at Villa Rose and were blown away! Incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The views were simply stunning and the pool and out door space was sensational! We plan to return as soon as we can!
