Description
Villa completed in June 2011 in a quiet location set back off the road . The large lounge has a dining area with a Ultra HD 4K Smart TV. We have installed a 1.8m satellite dish and are now able to receive free view channels BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc ( some channels may be lost in bad weather), DVD Player, CD Player. Lounge doors open onto a terrace with outdoor eating area and large poolside area for sunbathing. Kitchen is fully equipped including a marble breakfast bar. One double bedroom with ensuite , two twin rooms all with air conditioning and 1 family bathroom. There is a large roof terrace for sunbathing, with spectacular panoramic views. Changeover Day:
Only Friday to Friday change over. On day of arrival the villa will be ready for you at 4pm. On your day of departure, the villa is to be vacated by 10am.
Booking Conditions:
We require a non-refundable deposit of £250 per week to secure your booking. Your final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival along with the tourist tax and a £250 refundable security deposit to cover breakages or any extra cleaning.

By Atkinsons on 29-Aug-2025Having stayed here many times before it is the best villa we stayed at. Well equipped, beds comfortable and a gorgeous view. Unfortunately was too late for next year…that shows you how popular it is! Not too far to walk to shops, restaurants and bars of which there are many and all good. We had our grandson again and he had a ball, the owners kindly let us use their high chair which was fantastic. The weather was good a bit hot some days but the air conditioning inside was most welcome. Good communication with the owners. Will certainly book again. Our happy place
By Peter & Sally Turton on 05-Sep-2025This is our 8th visit to Villa Rose, starting with one week and now on two weeks as we're retired. We have even had a 3 week visit! It is our happy place and the villa has the most wonderful location, quiet but convenient for all restaurants and supermarkets, and the view from the terrace overlooking the Med and towards Majorca is spectacular whatever the weather.

Lovely villa with amazing views
By Sarah Beattie on 22-Aug-2025We had such a great time staying at this villa! It’s super well equipped with everything you need – comfy beds, a full kitchen. We have holidayed in Cala en porter for a number of years and this villa is in a great location, only a short walk from a number of fabulous restaurants. The highlight for us was the roof terrace with the wonderful view over the sea, Absolutely stunning! Our daughter loved the pool. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chill and comfortable place to stay. We didn’t want to leave!

Lovely Villa

It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, which made it perfect for relaxing, yet it was still close enough to the centre to easily access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. We really enjoyed the balance of tranquility and convenience—would definitely recommend!

Villa Rosa
By A P Millikin on 11-Jul-2025This was our third stay in Menorca but first in Villa Rosa. We were 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Booking was easy and Mark, the owner, was prompt in replying to all correspondence. The villa is very well appointed with everything that you’d need. It was immaculately clean; even the bbq grill was spotless unlike many other villas we’ve stayed in. We only used the TV to watch Wimbledon but it was easy to use. The aircon in each bedroom was much appreciated. Villa Rosa is located 10-12 minutes from the town centre which has several restaurants to choose from although there are a few “British pub” type venues which lower the tone. Happily they are on the edges of the main square. A few suggestions: The Osprey - rooftop bar is a good venue for a post beach beer/rose. We ate there and the food was fine but there wasn’t much atmosphere and it feels like the owner’s heart isn’t in it. El Menorca - great pizzas, superb staff with a lovely outdoor area. Isabella’s - Spanish husband/British wife team - great value for money but popular so book early. Sweet Waves - friendly staff and strong selection of ice creams. Samoa - used to be great but now expensive with chaotic staff. Pink chicken was served and rejected only to be returned without an apology having been flash fried and still pink. Suggest you avoid it. The Nelva Resort which is about 2 minutes away does good reasonably priced lunches if you want a quick bite without walking in the midday sun for too long. Villa Rosa is very close to Club Menorca which, while relatively expensive, has the best views in town looking down onto the beautiful cove. The pool, whilst a little small, was fine to keep cool and Dan came regularly to keep it clean. The rooftop is the villa’s best part; watching the sun go down over the headland with Mallorca in the far distance was a great way to end the day. We had a lovely holiday and have already booked again for next year.

Fabulous villa, didn't want to leave!
By Chris Warner on 04-Jul-2025This is the 2nd time we have been back to Villa Rose, fabulous in all aspects, facilities, location, cleanliness. Lovely roof top terrace with new comfy seating to watch the sunset and views of the sea. Very quiet location, all beds are super comfy, with good air conditioning in all bedrooms for those hot nights. 10 minute walk into town for numerous bars, shops, restaurants. Will definitely be back.
