Villa in Cala'n Porter, Menorca - This Modern Villa Is All On The Flat, The Only Steps Are Into The Hot Tub.Villa Suzanna is a Private modern detached villa with own pool and hot tub Jacuzzi. Air-Con in 3 bedrooms. Situated in a quiet position but only 5 mins to centre, 15 min to beach. Barbecue terrace and pool area is enclosed to give privacy.
Patio furniture, plenty of sun loungers.

Perfect stay in a lovely villa and great service from Suzzanne, thank you and see you again next year!

Fantastic villa
By Rachel on 30-Aug-2025We spent a week at Villa Suzanna and it was wonderful. The outside space is very private with a fabulous pool and hot tub. It’s only a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
Really lovely villa in a great location
By Amy on 25-Jul-2025Great villa with everything we needed for our family and only a short walk into the resort. The pool and hot tub were used every day and were lovely and clean. The communication from the owner was also great with lots of advice provided for the villa and local area as well as the island.
