Super home near fab beach. Perfectly placed in a quiet, pretty village, yet within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and fabulous countryside.

Welcome to our Mallorquian holiday home - we hope you love it as much as we do!

We are located in the privileged location of South West Mallorca, a small village with 2 small coves, 3 restaurants, a small shop and a couple of family owned hotel cafe terraces overlooking the beaches. All these are within 5-10 minute walk. A little further, a 15-20 minute walk or 2 mins drive takes you to the busier resort of Peguera with its numerous restaurants, 3 bigger supermarkets, shops, bars, and 3 large beaches. The complex is gated, with communal gardens, a pool with separated children’s pool, loungers & parasols, & an allocated parking space. Non-smoking. No pets. No parties. This is a quiet area and we ask you to respect our neighbours. The apartment is less than half an hour from the airport, and is perfectly situated to explore this beautiful island. To avoid confusion, the photos show the cove & beach which are 5 & 10 minute walk. We do not overlook the beach and do not have a sea view. We have an open plan living/dining area with small kitchen area with all appliances - oven, hob, full size fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine & dishwasher. Separate utility room off kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and ceiling pulley to dry clothes. The 2 bedrooms are either side of the living area, so give some privacy. Bedroom 1 (King) has ensuite bathroom with shower over, fitted wardrobes & juliet balcony overlooking the shared pools. Bedroom 2 (twin) is a smaller room, also having fitted wardrobes & drawer space, and a separate shower room adjacent. Window overlooking rear shared gardens. Spacious, sunny, west-facing terrace with lovely view of pools and forested hills in distance is accessed off the living area via lockable doors) has dining furniture for 4 & 2 loungers. Beautiful shared gardens, an adult and separate children's pool, with loungers & parasols. Pools maintained daily. Shower and toilet facilities adjoin the pools. Allocated parking space. Please note that the complex is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or who needs assistance, as it is fairly hilly. Anyone of normal level of fitness should be fine. No parties or hen/stag nights. Minimum age of principal renter 25.

Two bedrooms, 2 bathroom first floor apartment with air con (hot & cold), shared pools & beautiful gardens, within secure complex in idyllic setting. .Large, sunny, south west-facing terrace with breathtaking views, perfect for al fresco dining. 5 mins walk from a beautiful cove and sandy beach. 5-10 min walk to 2 fantastic restaurants, a lovely tapas bar & a super local shop selling fresh bread and cakes etc.

We are on the first floor (ground plus 1). We have some British & German TV, a wifi speaker and full fibre fast broadband. We have hot & cold air conditioning, so perfect for year round holidays.

Please arrive at a reasonable time, between 3pm and 8pm. Checkout by 10am please.

We are a half hour drive from the airport. To get the best out of the area, we recommend hiring a car although it is not essential.

25% deposit required on booking please. Remainder, plus a £250 security deposit, payable 8 weeks before your holiday. Security deposit repaid after your holiday assuming no damages & key received back safely by us.
