Description
A truly lovely 5 star villa, in a quiet area not overlooked by neighbours. It is only a two-minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the Beach.The main feature of our unique home is the pool and garden where you will have peace, privacy, palm trees, tropical birds and feel like a million dollars. The nights are like paradise, in this massive 2,000 m2 5 star villa property which you can enjoy with complete privacy.
Note - Changeover day is Wednesday. Because most of our guests re-book for the following year we are almost completely fully booked already.To be sure of your holiday in 2026 please contact us - It's not too early to make a reservation.
The space
Very few villas are in such a large plot as ours. In fact, we built our dream home on two plots. This gives us more than two thousand square metres of totally private, not overlooked (walk around naked if you want). A quiet and secure space.
Having plenty of space is a luxury most people do not enjoy. I guess we are the lucky ones. Just remember we change over on Wednesday.
Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire property (save for our private living rooms, which we keep locked). We are traveling during the summer, so our guests have the whole place for themselves.
Other things to note
Access to the washing machine and utility room is free. Please let us know if you require laundry facilities and remember CHANGE OVER DAY IS WEDNESDAY.

By Mark S on 23-Jul-2025Right from the initial enquiry, through to landing back home, the communications have been first rate. Mike is very responsive and helpful. The property itself is wonderful and well looked after and equipped. The saltwater pool is perfect and so much nicer than chlorinated, the outdoor space has loads of interest and spaces to sit quietly in the shade as well as places to lie out for a tan!. There's a full outdoor kitchen and bar area. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and spacious and have lovely en-suite facilities. The living space has a couple of sofas a nice modern flat-screen tv, dining table and kitchen. The cleaners and pool person/gardener were lovely and very thorough. Various beaches are close by, as are a couple of restaurants and bars and two supermarkets within a 15 minute walk. I would say that it is very useful to have a car as Calpe old town is a bit far to walk, but having one also means you can drive out to explore (Guadalest is lovely). We (5 adults and a 6 year old) had a fabulous time and it was a real wrench leaving on the last day!

Such a beautiful place to holiday
By Karen on 09-Jul-2025We had the most amazing week staying in this villa. The villa is beautiful, clean and well looked after with everything you need at hand. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas in the lounge. The TV had English channels to watch and the WiFi was good. The gardens are lovely and private with plenty of seating/sun loungers and the pool is a great sized, much bigger than you’d get with most other villas. We had a slight issue with one of the air conditioning units but Mike sorted someone to come round and look at it within a few hours of contacting him. Only thing we felt was missing was either air conditioning or a ceiling fan in the lounge area as it was really hot sitting in this area even in the evening. The villa is in walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive away is a choice of supermarkets and other lovely places to eat. All in all the a great place to stay and we will definitely be back again sometime.
The most amazing and peaceful trip
By Laura on 31-Jul-2024We had a great weeks stay here in Calpe! As soon as we arrived to the villa we was made welcome and settled in straight away to begin our week of relaxation. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool amazing so clean and kept so well! We used the restaurants a short walk away we loved the Japanese restaurant and the Italian pizzas were delicious, perfect for a takeaway to enjoy back at the villa. We didn’t have a car so was a bit worried on how we would manage the supermarket but it was no problem the supermarket was a 10 minute walk and the little shopping trolleys left in the room outside really helped getting our shopping home. Overall a fantastic week here and I’m sure we will be returning! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
