This lovely villa is located in a quiet residential area of Calpe and you will find 3 local bars/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Calpe offers 13 km of coastline with 14 beaches and coves. The closest sandy beach is just an 8 minute drive away where you can enjoy a variety of sports and aquatic activities or simply stroll along the 1 km promenade that is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. If you're not a fan of sand, then Bassetes marina is 9 minutes away by car where the small harbour and rocky cove provides opportunities for fishing, swimming, diving, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding as well as eating and drinking. Here you can also gain mid-way access onto the beautiful cliff footpath that stretches for 5 km with a number of bars/restaurants along it's length. 4km away, at the base of the Peñon de Ifach, you'll find the Port where you can watch the fishing boats coming home at the end of the day, experience the fish auctions and sample freshly caught seafood in the bustling restaurants, take a boat trip or just relax on it's sandy beach. A variety of supermarkets can be found in 5 minutes by car and a drive into Calpe town centre will take you less than 10 minutes, (3.5 kms) where you'll find all amenities and services including: banks, restaurants, shops, bars, beaches and the picturesque old town. The grounds are entered via electric gates and there is parking for two cars. The villa is laid out over two floors. The ground floor level; comprises a furnished 2 bedroomed 2 bathroom self contained apartment. There is a twin room and a double room. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is a kitchenette area. The bedrooms are air- conditioned and the apartmemt leads out onto the beautiful pool area.The apartment has a private entrance and cannot be accessed from the main villa. On the first floor is the main villa and this comprises of three bedrooms (2 twin bedrooms and a king-size bedroom) All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan living and dining room, which has been very tastefully furnished. There are comfortable sofas, a wood burning fire and a dining area with views over the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, oven , dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. Externally there are various furnished patio areas for dining and relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and can be illuminated in the evening, surrounding the pool you will find sun-loungers and parasols. For all day sun there is a roof terrace.
