Casa Jade is a fabulous 5 bed/5 bath roomed villa , with sea views and walking distance to the beach and all amenities that Camp De Mar has to offer. This luxury family villa has the most breath taking views of the sea and with access to the costal path at the bottom of the garden it is a pleasant stroll down to the beach. The entrance to Casa Jade is very welcoming as you enter a pretty courtyard with flowers and foilage. Here you also have a dining area perfect for an al fresco BBQ. Inside the villa there are upper and lower dining room and lounge areas. The upper lounge area has a cosy feel and overlooks the internal courtyard and gardens. The lower lounge level has large leather sofas with a satellite tv. The dining room is modern with a large chandelier.

A stone arch way leads to the family kitchen. This room is modern in design with stainless steel and granite work surfaces and island. The kitchen is full equipped with everything needed for a luxury villa holiday. Direct access to the pool terrace is also ideal whilst eating outdoors.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.

The Master Bedroom (some 53m² or 580ft²) with a centrally located double bed, walk in wardrobe, free standing bath, vaulted ceiling and terrace with outstanding views of the Mediterranean make this a very romantic setting, not to be missed.

The second bedroom is beautifully proportioned and spacious, with twin beds (can be used as a double) and views over the pool. It has a modern 'wet room' style bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is on the upper level of the house and has wonderful views. This is set up as a twin but can be used as a double. It has a private terrace and modern wet room style bathroom.

The remaining 4th and 5th bedrooms are located externally on the pool level. The forth bedroom has twin beds but can be made up as a double. This room also has a private terrace and wet room style bathroom. The fifth bedroom is large and has a double bed. It has its own sun terrace and access to the to the main entrance. Please note bedrooms 4 & 5 cannot be accessed from the main house.

Outdoors is where you will find the private infinity pool with shallow end and anti-slip tiles, this is approximately 12.5mtrs x 6.5mtrs. Here you have outstanding views over Camp de Mar and the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone and terrace areas with seating options. The villa is located in an elevated position in Camp de Mar, there is a costal path at the bottom of the garden which will lead you to the beach and resort amenities. You can reach the resort centre by car in five minutes. You are also close to the resort of Port Andratx where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.
