Description
Casa Beija-Flor is an outstanding spacious villa located only 10min walk from Carvoeiro town centre and the beach. Its location is along a cul-de-sac road with out passing traffic but yet close to all amenities.PLEASE NOTE: Building works taking place in the vicinity of the villa and can cause significant noise disturbance during the day. Summer rates discounted 15% of our normal rates.
There are four bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and a guest cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen incorporated into large living area, patio/terrace and a large pool which can be heated. The plot is fully fenced with electric gates to the road.
Three of the bedrooms are with large double beds (160cm) and the fourth bedroom has four single beds (not bunk beds). All bedrooms and the living areas are on the ground floor except the master bedroom en-suite which is on the 1st floor opening to a roof terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a large american style fridge. The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wi-fi internet.
The swimming pool is extra large 6x13m and has shallow end with Roman steps for easy access. The heating has a charge of 250€/week.
Covered bbq area and plenty outdoor seating.
Car hire is not essential but there is plenty off-road parking on the villa grounds up to three cars. The villa has a security alarm and shutters.
A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge when requested.
All towels and linen are included as well as separate towels for the pool use. Mid-week maid service.

Preferred changeover day is Thursday in the summer season.

By Dawn on 22-Jun-2024We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay at Villa Casa Beija-Flor. We were a party of 7 adults, two children and a baby. The accommodation ticked every box for us all. It was spacious, tidy and well equipped with multiple outdoor seating options. The large pool was plenty big enough for all of us and hosted lots of fun and games during both the day and night! Sam was extremely helpful and accommodating not only in the run up to our trip but throughout our stay too. The location is perfect and within easy reach of many lovely restaurants, either in Carvoeiro town or on Monte Carvoeiro. I would recommend Black Salt, Trattoria Oliveira, Taste, Wolf Bar and Grill. Our favourite was Monte Do Mar, the food and service was exceptional and we ate there twice. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this villa to friends or family, we would happily have stayed longer and will definitely be back.
