It is located in a quiet, mostly residential street and perfect for families or couples wanting a relaxing break! Very good layout and very clean with all the 'bits' you need; cooking equipment and even a cool box for the beach! It is very conveniently situated for the lovely, clean residents pool and a two minute drive to the lovely beaches of caleta (where there's plenty of parking). Graham provided excellent directions and 'tips' for our stay before we left the UK and Sheila was very helpful and easy to contact throughout the stay (if needed). Travelling as a family we found plenty of activities to keep us entertained from beginning to end. The bars and restaurants around Caleta are all very reasonably priced and very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back and certainly recommend the villa!!

Perfect weather to explore the island in the hire car on the easy to navigate roads. Beaches are clean, restaurants are friendly, and prices are slightly lower than the UK. The villa is spacious and well equipped, with the bonus of the hot tub/jacuzzi. We did not use the pool next door. One couple slept upstairs, the other downstairs, so we each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning sunshine on the terrace, ate our BBQs on the rear balcony to make the most of the evening sun. The dining room is a good addition to use on chillier evenings. Free WiFi great and excellent mobile signal. Books, DVDs and games available too. Close to golf course. Shelagh (ex-pat) was helpful and did the airport journeys with good humour. We took a dune buggy excursion, which was great fun. Good local supermarket in walking distance with excellent range of fresh fruit and veg, cheese, fish and meat. Close to beach and short walk to marina and range of restaurants.
