Description
Situated in central Quesada & nearby to all local amenties, this large impressive villa, with super sized pool, very comfortably accomodates 14 people.The main house comprises of 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms,fully equipped kitchen & large spacious lounge.
All bedrooms have both ceiling fans & hot and cold air/ conditioning to combat the summer heat and for the cooler months.
SAT TV & WIFI will keep you in global contact------- no worries about keeping up with all the news !!
Many a good feast can be prepared in our great outdoor kitchen, which has dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, gas hob & every utensil you could think of------ !!
Sizzle those juicy steaks on the fab stone BBQ & relax beneath the shady gazebo with an ice cold beer or 2------ who could wish for more !!
Sepate outside bathroom & jacuzzi area are recent additions which add that little bit of extra luxury & fun.
Quality bedlinen,towels & hairdryers are all provided.
Beach towels, beach umbrellas & cool bin also, should you take a ride to our wonderful Blue flag beach at Guardamar ( just a 12 min. car ride away )
Baby equipment also available upon request at no extra charge.
Both the Little & Big Kids too, may enjoy a day at the Quesada Aquapark---- a few mins. drive from the front gate or maybe a game of pool across the road at the Coopers Arms.
Shops, pharmacy & a variety of local bars & quality eateries are just on the doorstep & the main Quesada village, where there are a host of more restaurants & bars , banks, shops, foreign exchange, tobacconist etc,etc. is only a 12 min amble.
With its close proximity to a vast array of championship golf courses this quality accommodation combined with Julie's expertise & local knowledge makes for a trouble free holiday or mini break
.Ideal for a family get together, golfing groups or to celebrate a special occasion.
Prices range from 1,880 euros ( max 6 persons ) weekly in off Peak times to 3,512 euros ( full house ) during Peak Season. All utility charges, departure clean & pool maintenance are included in these costings.
Villa Leonardo y Da Vinci has a good following , so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

By Steph Walton on 24-May-2025We had a week in Julie's villa as a family of 12 ages ranging from 3 to 60. It was fabulous, just what you need to spend quality time together, the pictures of the villa don't do it justice, it really is beautiful. Early morning cups of tea sat on the veranda looking out to the town and salt lakes was a particular favourite. The villa has everything you need and more. Julie was amazing, very warm and welcoming and took us shopping on our arrival which was so kind and helpful, she also popped in throughout the week to make sure everything was ok. The villa is a short walk from the main village centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. But the area around the villa is a quiet slice of paradise. We all loved it so much and we will definitely be back.
Good location and well appointed villa
By Jill and Mike W on 01-Jan-2015Very clean and spacious villa sleeping 8/9 persons. Lovely large pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and plenty of beach towels. All modern amenities provided, dishwasher, wifi, tv and dvd player and all linen. Good barbecue area with plenty of shade with two outside eating areas among a colourful, well-kept garden. Great location near shops and bars and ten minutes from the beach. My Response Thank-you Jill & Mike, It was great to have you as my first guests in my own home in August & again later in September at the Big House to celebrate your birthday Jill. After a marathon effort to prepare everything & having the new pool up & running, I,m glad that you a wonderful, relaxing holiday with your Gang.-----I hear that you are a very dab hand with the BBQ Mike ---my neighbours commented on the delicious aromas, which wafted over the hedge. We have since added an 8 seater jacuzzi & made some more garden in the back terrace chill zone---to be enjoyed by all who stay in the future. By sandra s on 06-Jan-2015this villa has a wonderful spanish feel about it and is spectacularly furnished that way. with everything you need and more. so many chill zones. total relax. 8 people and not being on top of each other. would definatley book again. great location. all you need nearby but not noisy My Response Thank-you Sandra for your lovely comments. We have added an 8 person jacuzzi to the back patio chill zone since you were here --- something else to enjoy on your next visit. Brilliant
By Gillian C on 15-Aug-2015Had two weeks in this lovely villa in July Julie was brilliant couldn't do enough for us booking cars pick up and drop offs at the airport. The villa was beautiful with everything needed for a wonderful holiday local bars and restaurants and supermarkets were within walking distance My Response Hello Gill & Allan, Thanks for coming to stay in my villa & looking after it so well. Here we are already half way through August & a day off, for which we are off to the beach this afternoon & have a tasty chicken, purchased from the market this morning, for our dinner later on. Lovely villa in ideal location
By Tracey L on 13-Jul-2016Wonderful villa with fabulous furnishings and a Spanish feel. The outdoor area is perfect with plenty of room and shade. Julie is a wonderful host and happy to help with anything and everything. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and even a water park within walking distance and a beautiful sandy beach only a 10 min drive away. We would highly recommend it. Thanks Julie! A Little Gem!
By wendy s on 16-Aug-2016My family party of 18 booked two villas belonging to the same owner, Julie. They were just 100 metres apart which was perfect for us. This villa was lovely. Excellent facilities, very comfy and the location was spot on, just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the town of Quesada. Highly recommended.
