Booking was very easy communication with Tracie the owner was excellent. Tracie gave contact information for Julie who met on arrival and handed over the keys. Julie gave a fantastic handover and shared some of her knowledge on the local area, supermarkets, restaurants and places of interest. The Villa was very clean, bright and airey and had everything you need for a great stay. Cutlery, dining sets for in and outdoors, BBQ utensils there was even BBQ matches. the kitchen has everything you would need to prepare and store food there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes line.The bedrooms are lovely and the beds are very comfy. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a large shower room on the upstairs floor where there is also a lovely terrace. The pool area is outstanding, beautifully tiled with lots of space, lots of furniture and an area of shade if needed. The villa is perfectly situated for Cuidad Quesada and Benjiofar supermarkets Bars and Restaurants are approx 5 minutes by car.

Absolutely brilliant. My husband and I had the most relaxing week,…which we where both in desperate need of, The Villa was spotless, Tracie ( owner), was very informative, and told us everything we needed to know, Julie, who looks after the property was more than helpful, describing everything we needed to know about the Villa, I would highly recommend this Villa, We are hopefully going back next year, We’ve rented many villas in this area and this rates highly with us,

We stayed first 2 weeks of August Tracie was always quick to reply to any messages .we were met at the villa by Julie who was very helpful if we needed anything through our stay. The villa was lovely and clean and a great size and has everything you need for your stay . The pool was always lovely and clear (unlike some others we’ve stayed in) we didn’t see the pool man once but we know he came in to top up the chlorine etc but it never interrupted our day, It was in nice to have decent sun loungers by the pool too. There is a sun shade and if I’m being picky could do with a little more shade but it didn’t matter we spent a lot of time in the pool . Mercadona supermarket about 7 min walk is great for all the food essentials we went most days for fresh bread .We ate out a few times at local places , The club Quesada do a lovely Sunday roast would definitely recommend but you need to book we also Ate at The American diner, Old don Carlos and sumo wok, we wanted to go to coopers too but it was booked up . we went to the water park , go karting and inflatables in the sea which the kids loved all of . We will definitely stay at this villa again Thank you Tracie , Julie and Team

Our pool cleaner generally comes before 8am , twice per week, in order not to disturb guests . Looks like he is doing his job well. I'm sorry the sail shade didn't give as much shade as you would have liked but hope it didn't spoil your time outside at the pool area. Thank you again Tracie
