NOW FEATURES FREE WI-FI . A 10 - 15 Minute walk to the town centre. Furnished to a high standard and sleeps 6 people .The villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating and has TV featuring favourite British channels including BBC channels, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 amongst others plus catch up service in case you miss any of your favourite programmes .The villa and location are perfect for both family or golfing holidays, with many golf courses in the surrounding area. The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar are less than a 10 minute drive from the villa. Shopping centres such as La Zenia Boulevard & Habaneras are an approximate 15 minute drive.

A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £300 PER RENTAL WEEK IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A BOOKING, WITH FINAL BALANCE DUE NO LATER THAN 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL .

The villa is furnished to a high standard giving you all the home comforts you could possibly need.The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room .A private terrace leads from the bedroom which is perfect for breakfast or just some private quiet time to soak up the sun. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom , a fully equipped small kitchen and living/dining room . As mentioned the property benefits from air conditioning/heating. This is installed in the living area and 2 of the bedrooms. A ceiling fan is fitted in the 3rd bedroom. The property also benefits from Wi Fi which we offer free of charge. Internet service can be unreliable in Spain which is why we do not charge for the service . To date we have had no issues but feel it is only fair to advise in advance in the event of connectivity problems.

There is a private Swimming pool with roman steps 8x4 meters in size . A large sun terrace with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. Patio furniture perfect for dining Al fresco . There is also a small barbecue . A private driveway for off street parking

From start ro finish the communication was exceptional, the key holder greeted us at the Villa amd talked us through everything, nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect we hired a car and made use of that on tge days that were over cast. It really is home from home and has eveything you could possible need down to hair dryers , hair straightners, Iron amd washing machine, the decor is modern and to a very higj standard. The outside area is perfect lovely sunshade for when the sun is too much, the pool was the perfect temp, i cant recommend this villa enough its a must if your thinking of staying in the area, i usually find at least one negative when i stay away and honestly there isnt one.... will most definatley book again - thank you

Excellent Villa
By Gary on 08-Jun-2025Just got back from a fabulous time in this wonderful villa. From first contact to booking to arriving and receiving the keys everything was first class. Communication from the owner and the keyholder is excellent. The villa itself is spacious, airy and very clean and very well appointed. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is here. From outdoor cups, plates and utensils to indoor cups plates utensils, it's better equiped than my home, it has a hair dryer, I dont! The bedrooms are large enough for comfort as is the lounge. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful, a good sized pool with lots of sunbeds, no sunbed wars needed, a large table and chairs and a lovely sail shade that is most welcome in the mid afternoon heat. BBQ's by the pool are a must do and the villa is close enough to shops, bars, restaurants and other ammenities for those that like to venture out. The villa is set in a quiet road with stunning views for miles. I'll definately be back.

By Darren on 24-May-2025Just got back from a week’s stay at Casa Destinations and what a beautiful week we had. We’ve stayed in Ciudad Quesada for the past 3 years and last weeks stay has not changed our mind. It was a 5-10 minute walk from the villa to Quesada town, where there are shops, bars and restaurants. The weather was fantastic with temperatures between 25 and 29 all week. The villa itself - beautiful location, really nicely decorated and the outside area is fantastic - nice and modern and well thought out, the canopy above the patio table was a god send for me, providing some shade when it was getting a little too hot. The pool is the perfect size (we are a party of 2 adults and 3 children) and the kids spent most of the week in it. All in all we’ve had a great week, are sad to have left the sun and relaxation behind and will definitely be back.

Fabulous Villa

The outdoor pool area in particular is a lovely space and everything is spotlessly clean. Tracie and Julie always were always quick to answer any questions I look forward to staying here again in the future x
