Description
The Villa stands on a large 1100m2 plot, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, sleeping a maximum of 8 people and has a huge amount of outdoor space. The town of Quesada known as the “Quesada Strip” is a mere 6-minute walk away. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa.This Property is rented out as a whole including the apartment. There would be no other rentals taken during your time here. There is private off road parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway.
The main villa is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a dining room, lounge area with Smart TV, English TV Satellite Channels, fully equipped Kitchen, family bathroom complete with walk in shower and w/c. There are three bedrooms - one king size with an en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and w/c, with a further king size bedroom and twin bedroom. All bedrooms have good storage. Air-Con is available throughout the villa.
Access to the main villa is via the front staircase, this takes you straight into the glazed sunroom, then into the living room which comprises a good sized family seating area along with a log burning fire for winter months. Firewood can be purchased locally if required.
The dining room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials). Patio doors lead from the dining room to an outside terrace where you will find a table and chairs ready for you to enjoy your early morning coffee.
The front sunroom overlooks the garden and pool area, there are comfy chairs and if you are an early riser you can watch the sun rise from here.
There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and lounge area along with a king sized bedroom with plenty of storage. The lounge area also has English TV Satellite Channels and a DVD player. Air-con is available in the apartment also.
The pool area has 8 sunbeds along with outdoor furniture for relaxation. You will also find outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy alfresco dining. The pool is 10m by 8m (approx.) which is a great size either for swimming or playing in, the deepest part being around 6FT. There is a gate to gain entry to the pool area making it extremely child friendly. You will find an outdoor kitchen along with games area containing of a pool table and ping pong table.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.

By Mandy on 03-Nov-2025We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely villa. Restaurants/bars were in easy walking distance about 5 minutes. The villa was very spacious and bedrooms were large. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved it and called it her holiday home Denise was always quick to answer any queries. would definitely recommend x
Everything went smoothly from start to finish
By Linda on 13-Sep-2025Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We stayed last week as a family of 7, 3 generations. This worked out perfectly for us to all have our separate (very clean) areas, especially having 3 bathrooms. The area around the pool was gated which was fantastic so our 2 year old grandson could play on the games area without the worry that he would get into the pool. The whole property is secured and has wooden gates which again was a great safety feature for toddlers/children. The villa is within 5 minutes of walking to the cafe's, bars, supermarkets and restaurants (of which there are some amazing ones to try). Could not recommend this place enough.

Wonderful Property
By Julie H. on 21-Sep-2025What a wonderful property. We had a small family reunion of 5 coming from UK, Spain and Australia and not being together in over 20 years. The property suited all of our needs and more. From booking to checking out, the entire process was seamless. We were greeted by a wonderful couple who gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything and if there were any issues they were a phone call away. The owner of the villa responded to all of my question's promptly and was wonderful to deal with. We cannot fault any part of the villa and we would rebook in a heartbeat.
WOW as we walked through the gates

Jill is brilliant, communication ahead of stay made it more relaxed, joanne met us when we got there and showed us around, giving a full walk through of villa and where things were and recommended restaurants. The place was spotless. We all actually said WOW as we walked through the gates. The area and space is brilliant. Something for everybody and the town is fabulous too. Everybody friendly and helpful. Could not recommend this place enough. All amenities are catered for in the villa and the beds are super comfy. Thank you for a brilliant stay!
Great Villa

Lots of different zones outside- pool area with plenty of sun loungers, pool and table tennis table, outside dining table and chairs, shaded gazebo area with comfy chairs and a coffee table and an outdoor built in bbq area. 7-8 minute walk from shops, 24hr mini supermarket, bars and restaurants. Met at the villa and shown around and shown how to work aircon etc. friendly, responsive host.
