Getting Here & Access Information

By Air: The villa is easily reached from two major airports — Alicante Airport (35 minutes) and Murcia International Airport (50 minutes) by car.

By Car: Ciudad Quesada is well-connected via the AP-7 motorway and N-332 coastal road. The villa offers off-road parking for up to 4 cars.

Transfers: Private airport transfers can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

Access to the Villa: All guests will be personally welcomed and received directly by the owner upon arrival. You’ll be given a full tour of the property, keys, and any necessary instructions.

Nearby Amenities: Bars, restaurants, and shops are just 500 metres away, and the town centre is a 15-minute walk. Beaches, golf courses, and nature reserves are all a short drive.

Payment Terms
Deposit: 25% of the total booking amount is payable at the time of reservation.

Balance: The remaining 75% is due 60 days prior to check-in, together with an £800 refundable security deposit.

Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be returned in full within 3 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be received by 12:00 PM (local time) on the applicable day.

We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent travel.

BBQ Cleaning: The cleaning fee does not include the outdoor BBQ. Guests must leave it in the same condition as found. A €30 cleaning fee will be charged if left uncleaned.

Bank Charges: Any bank charges incurred for the return of the security deposit will be deducted from the refunded amount.
