Description
Villa BonitaWelcome and thank you for looking at our villa. Villa Bonita is a privately owned luxury villa in the prestigious resort of Ciudad Quesada.
Opening onto a south facing sun terrace; a large charcoal barbecue and rattan dining set give you the ideal setting for alfresco dining, or just relaxing in one of the comfy chairs with a nice cool drink. If you are looking for a break from the sun, you can roll out the sun awning to provide you with ample shade overlooking the private pool.
Steps lead down from the sun terrace to the private rear garden and pool. Comfortable sun loungers ensure you can find the perfect spot any time of the day. The large 10m x 5m pool has Roman steps for easy access and a pool side shower cubicle. Pool toys & inflatables are provided.
Inside you can relax in the air conditioned rooms on the comfortable leather sofas and watch the flat screen TV including English channels. A DVD/CD player allows you to play your favorite films or music. The player also has a USB slot for your gadgets and WIFI means you can stay connected.
The three bedrooms include a master with a Super King bed and en-suite, a second double bedroom and a third with twin beds. There is also a family bathroom and all linen and towels are provided, with additional towels for use by the pool.
The nearest bars are just a few minutes walk away, and the main town of Quesada is a 20 minute walk with a vast array of restaurants, shopping and amenities to cover your every need.
There are numerous markets within easy reach and bars and restaurants to relax in. Everything you need to sample the true nature of Spain at its best.
The villa is a superb choice for couples or families providing a peaceful relaxing environment or for more adventurous; white flag beaches, aqua parks and golf courses within a short drive.

PAYMENT DETAILS
A non refundable deposit of £300 per week is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings cancelled within 12 weeks of the arrival date will incur 100% rental charges.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Compulsory cleaning charge £80.00 (Excluding barbecue) per stay.
Linen charge of £18 per person, per stay.
Security deposit £500 refundable following property inspection.
No additional charge for Air-conditioning.

Perfect holiday home
By June C on 14-Aug-2024This is a lovely home and a great place for a family holiday. We were very impressed by the high qualify of all the fixtures, beds, washing machine, cooker etc. the pool area is very nice and the pool itself seems to be made of a non slip material which just adds to the high quality feel. It is very close to 2 of the best wee restaurants we've ever had on holiday, Indian and Italian. Everything was easy for us and meant we just enjoyed our holiday.
Great Villa
By Lee B on 26-Jul-2024Villa Bonita offers everything you need for a relaxing break in Ciudad Quesada. It's a very spacious Villa that is very well equipped. Outside space is great and the pool is lovely. Local shops and restaurants are nearby and the centre of Quesada is just a 15 minute walk away. A car is recommended for beach trips but Guardamar is just 10 minutes away. As many others have mentioned, the neighbourhood is peaceful too which just helps you relax. I found the owner, Priscilla, to be very helpful and responsive when we needed to communicate. A highly recommended option.

By Erica J on 30-Oct-2023It was an amazing stay, the inside was perfectly clean all bedrooms have air conditioning and comfy beds. The terrace look over the pool surrounded with beautiful plants. The neighborhood is very quiet, stores and restaurants are at a walking distance. The sea is at 10 minutes drive, with dike if you want to go fishing. Very kind owners and available if you have any questions, would 100% recommend it. Hoping to come back next year.

So peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous and private garden, sun terrace (with with plenty of comfortable seating and large bbq) and pool (the kid's favourite bit!) The Villa is comfortable, homely and light with everything we needed. A hire car was needed, but some restaurants and shops were within walking distance. A number of good beaches just a short and easy drive away. If you're looking to get away from it all, for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, I highly recommend booking this villa. The owners were also very responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, we hope to be back soon.

Tranquil retreat
By Cliff on 06-Sep-2022We booked Villa Bonita for a much needed family holiday. From the moment we made that decision we felt valued and appreciated by the owners. The service provided was refreshing and stress free. Villa Bonita is situated in a peaceful area (it was not until we came home that we realised just how peaceful it had been) with great access to a multitude of beautiful beaches, and a plethora of experiences for the 4 of us. The air conditioning and the shutters ensured the villa was a cool place for us to relax during the day. The pool is large and our children had a great time!!! There is no shortage of facilities or items we needed, which was great for a home from home experience. Restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, with lots of food available for delivery to the villa. The departure experience was just so easy, and less than a week after leaving we had our security deposit refunded. We had a fantastic time. Minutes drive in the local taxi to the beach and a visit to Guardamar (Wednesday is market day) which was a 10 minute drive in the taxi and cost 15 euros. We also went to Lemon Tree market (Sunday) in the next town of El Raso. Priscilla couldn't be more helpful especially allowing us to re-book over the past two years, she was very helpful and ensured we arrived safely and enjoyed our stay. The wait was well worth it, we had such an amazing time and it felt like home but with extra sun and a lot of relaxation. I would highly recommend to other families, and we will be looking at rebooking in the future.
