Description
Villa Mariangeles is situated in the beautiful area of Cala Blanca and is just a short 2 minutes walk away from the local beach.The villa comprises of one double bedroom
Two twin rooms on the ground floor that lead out onto a patio area, family pool and BBQ area.
The main bathroom is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs has:- shower room W/C
kitchen area
Dining area
Living area -this leads out onto the top terrace of the villa.
within the full description and facilities information you will find what is available to your family during your stay, however we do state that we do not provide beach/pool side towels, this being as it would be costly towards myself during seasons to keep replacing them as sun oils/creams do tend to ruin towels and other soft materials.
Cala Blanca offers a pedestrianised shopping area with a good range of shops, a mini market that offers UK branded items and numerous souvenir shops. there is also a chemist as well as numerous cash machines. on the main road out of Cala Blanca there is a restaurant thats called "Es Caliu", this place is well known for its top star rating and is our families favorite place to dine on the island. There's a local bus service that can take you around to different locations on the island (Cuitadella is a stunning place not to be missed, its known for its old quarter and medieval streets, the beautiful port has many restaurants with stunning views. The main square- Placa des born, is home to the gothic-style city hall and the 19th century palaces of Salort and the Torre-Saura. There are also many caves around the island, ones you can swim into and even one with a little beach at the end. Other people will probably tell you about many, many more and those which are accessed by divers.
There are several bars and restaurants in Cala Blanca that overlook the seafront that include evening entertainment, however there is a much wider choice just a short walk from the sea front.
Booking terms and conditions/ refund policy
We ask that a 25% deposit ( non refundable) be paid upon booking the villa and the remainder be paid no later than 8 weeks before your holiday.
In the unfortunate event that your holiday needs to be cancelled, we cannot refund any monies paid unless under the following circumstances.
-A travel ban between UK and Spain
-Serious illness (proof would be required.)
-Cancellation of flights (proof would be required.)
We appreciate that having to cancel a holiday is a time consuming and frustrating process but due to the extensive planning and expense of preparing the villa for each group that visits, we cannot offer refunds unless under extenuating circumstances.
Cancelling due to “decision making” will not be accepted
We do accept and appreciate that sometimes circumstances arise and we as a holiday home will always try and administer our best gratitude to families that book with us- if circumstances arose and we can move your booking to a more suitable date then we will do this
Unless you fall into the cancellation category policy on our discretion we do not refund monies.

Great quiet location
By Irish family break on 21-Jun-2025Just back from a week's joined family break. Lovely location & villa well laid out. Children loved the pool. The lack of Aircon was a negative (although fans supplied) Could do with some updating in places. Kitchen. Agreat outdoor balcony for morning breakfast or an evening meal when it's a little cooler. Enjoyable week.
Perfect villa

Location was great , so close to the beach and easy walk to supermarket and restaurants etc .The villa has a great layout and the outside area, garden and pool were perfect . We had an absolutely amazing holiday and would definitely return . Lisa and Ronnie were so helpful and accomadating .
Home from home
By Mandy on 23-Aug-2022We absolutely love our stay here, it’s like coming home. It suits our needs as a family of 4 with 2 children who love this pool and the whole set up of the villa. We spent more time in the villa this time than at the beach which is a stones throw away and again so convenient. The owners are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.
Amazing location

Villa Mariangeles is situated in a beautiful area with everything close by, the beach is a stones throw away, the bars and places to eat are a short walk up the road or take the coast road to them- all of which are very pleasant and excellent service! The villa is beautifully presented and very well kept and has a lovely homely/spanish vibe throughout. The private pool area is outstanding and exceptionally clean (maintenance man is there daily before you start the day to make sure of this). The owner is always contactable and nothing that we have ever asked has been of any trouble. I have been to menorca many times over the years and visited the hotels and complex areas but again and again i draw back to Villa Mariangeles. Absolutely beautiful
Amazing Villa for the perfect Holiday..

The villa is amazing, beautiful inside and out, the pool is fabulous and its located in a very nice quiet street, only 5-7 mins walk to the bars and restaurants and 3 mins walk to the beach. The villa has a great outside area where you can lounge, sunbathe or just chill the day away, inside is a lovely kitchen & dining area with a sofa and TV to relax if you're not going out. Every year when we look at where to go on holiday, its difficult to look elsewhere as this villa and area is just perfect.
