Casa Conil Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodation with a 25 meter heated private salt chlorinated swimming pool and jacuzzi, the property has 180 degrees panoramic sea and mountain views with ample outside terrace with BBQ area.Casa Conil is located on the south side of the island in the peaceful rural village of Conil just 10 mins from the airport.,set up high the villa has some of the most spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and amazing views looking down over the neighboring islands of los Lobos an seeing as far away to the sandy beaches of Fuerteventura.
Casa Conil is positioned just 10 minutes from the main tourist centers of Puerto del Carmen and the marina at Puerto Calero. or only 20 minutes to the surf town of Famara, making CasaConil perfectly positioned for short access to all other parts of the island weather a relaxing day by the pool. Or to visit the nearby local tourist attractions.
Within walking distance from CasaConil there is a local Canirian tapas bar and also a small local supermarket for larger supermarkets itis just 5 minutes away to neighboring villages of Tias or Macher, or why not try the fresh produce markets of Montana blanca on a Sunday just 10 mins drive.
Casa Conil has a number of excellent walks close by and easy access by bike to all types of cycle routes, from beginners to the seriously challenging!! the Ironman bike route is also just 100 meters away!!
Casa Conil is also directly located on the new GR131 walking/mountain biking route that spans the island from Playa Blanca in the SW to Orzola in the NE - it literally goes past the front gate.

Prices for up to 4 people:
Low-season: £350 per night - minimum stay 5 nights
Mid-season £400 per night - minimum stay 5 nights
High-season £500 per night - minimum stay 7 nights
o Additional persons over 4 people £30pp per night DISCOUNTS for 2 or 3 people available.
o Provisional bookings may be held without deposit for up to 48hrs to allow flight arrangements to be made
o Bookings are secured by a deposit of 30% with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date **
o Payments can be made in £ (GBP) or Euros by bank transfer, or in £ (GBP) by credit/debit card
o Refundable damage/breakage deposit £500
o Cleaning charge £100
o Discounts are available for longer stays and also discounts for late availability please make an enquiry for more details.
SWIMMING POOL IS ELECTRICALLY HEATED FROM 1ST NOVEMBER TO APRIL 30th the rest of the time there is a sun solar system (May to October) which will be enough to heat the pool, there is also a solar cover the pool also has a salt water chlorinator system
Check in is from 15 .00, check out before 10:00am. Early check in or late check out may be available depending on previous or subsequent bookings.

By martin on 06-Aug-2023We have just spent 2 weeks at the luxury Casa Conil villa and have loved every minute. The villa is very spacious and has every thing you need. 4 large bedrooms and an excellent mastet suite. The pool is huge and heated which meant we spent alot of time in it. Hotub also a great bonus for when the sun starts to drop. The location was ideal for us, only a short drive or taxi to a main area like puerto del carmen, but far enough away for peace and tranquility! Mark is a great and accommodating host, loved the welcome basket and he's only a message away if you need anything. We would love to return one day and would definitely recommend

By vicky on 15-Nov-2023Lovely comfortable villa. Amazing pool and hot tub. Really comfortable beds ! Great WiFi connection . Loads of storage space too both in the kitchen and bedrooms , hangers provided too. Loads of towels and beautifully finished bathrooms. We felt like we were at home , so relaxed. Fantastic host , we were amazed by the generosity of a stocked fridge and lovely weclome hamper !!

By peter on 15-Feb-2024Welcoming host. On hand to greet us and show us around. Available for queries when we had them. Prompt responses received. A lovely spot. Splendid views south towards the sea. Glorious sunrises and sets. The pool was splendid. My only regret not being able to make best use of thanks to a bug prior to visiting. This may be sad but we are way to old to go "clubbing"! a TV with UK channels was great for the evenings. We would love to return at some point.
This was the single most comfortable villa we have ever stayed in and definitely will stay again.
