Casa Kermit sleeps up to 6 adults or children. Situated on the Southern outskirts of Corralejo in the North of Fuerterventura. The villa is on a residential urbanisation, just 5 minutes drive, taxi or bus ride from bustling Corralejo, 5 minutes from Lajares the "surf" centre of the North part of the Island, 10 minutes from the Grand Playa World Heritage beach, and 20 minutes from the little fishing town of El Cotillo.

The garden is landscaped and the pool has its own terrace. There is also an upper terrace for evening drinks.
There is fast fibre internet all round the villa inside and also in the garden. The garden is completely private with a 7 foot wall all around and not overlooked.
Plenty of loungers, chairs and tables to enjoy the outdoors.

*Three large bedrooms, the Master has and ensuite with shower, basin bidet and wc, and a super king sized bed and TV, the second has a king size bed, and the third is a twin bedded room. Storage in cupboards and drawers .The two other bathrooms are a family one with bath, basin, bidet and wc. The third is a shower room with basin and wc.
* The bedroom and bathroom windows all have mosquito netting, so you can sleep with the windows open.
*There are two private terraces, one by the pool and one at the end of the garden with shade. There are six quality sun beds, and outdoor seats seating for six, with low tables, also a large dining table..
*Purpose built brick barbecue and outdoor preparation area with sink.
*Plenty of outdoor lighting for alfresco eating.
*The dining table and six chairs are in the dining area, there is also a side table.
*The large lounge has three sofas which seats 7 people plus a pouffe and a large padded low stool. Coffee table and side tables, book case and sideboard. There is a little table and chairs for children.
*60" Samsung Smart TV with hub. and local terrestrial TV. A Firestick for accessing some British TV, and an Alexa in English, so you can access British radio stations.
*Dvd player, Bluetooth sound bar.
*Bluetooth CD player.
*DVD 's and books.
*Well equipped kitchen, with lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and glasses. Plastic plates and cups for little ones.
*Oven, microwave/grill, induction hob and extractor fan.
*Full size dishwasher. Fridge freezer. Wine fridge. Coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster.
*Washing machine in separate laundry room. Outdoor drying area. Indoor drying rack.
*The three bedrooms have wardrobe space or hanging rail. Hangers and chest of drawers, mirrors and bedside tables with lights.
*Each guest has a bath towel, and large pool towel. Hand towels are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.
*The garage for parking, has an electric door and is accessed via the side patio.
An easy walk to the local shops, (5 minutes) A good supermarket, pizza restaurant, and a bar. the taxi rank is opposite and there are buses into Corralejo. We do however recommend a car.
The area is very quiet and safe. The road is well lit at night.
The area is a surfers paradise, kite, board or wind surfing. For those who want to stay on dry land buggy driving, cycling, horse riding, hiking up the volcanoes, and if you want take the glass bottomed boat across to Los Lobos, or the ferry to Lanzarote for the day.
For children there is the water park and town beach if you do not want the main sand dune area.There are bars overlooking the bay and plenty of restaurants.
Wander into the old town and see the windmills, and sample some of the delicious ice creams. There is a playground for children, there and you can sit and watch with a glass or cup of coffee.
The prices quoted , includes super fast fibre internet. There are electric heaters for evening in the Winter . Pool heating
is now included in the price for 2022.. The pool has a special thermal cover and heating is not usually needed in the Summer months

This self catering villa is no smoking and no pets allowed.
We have a full sized cot available with bedding, please ask at time of booking. The villa is family friendly.
In the family bathroom we have provided a toilet seat which has an integral child's seat for small bottoms. There is a non slip mat for the bath, and a step to reach the basin. The cot can be built in any of the bedrooms and comes with all the bedding provided. There is a changing mat, and a baby swing seat (Fisher Price), there are also sides to add to the single beds for young children. All the beds have waterproof mattress covers under the quilted toppers. The beds all have all season non allergy duvet
The villa is suitable for all ages and abilities, as all on one level, and the only steps are one into the back door and one out to the garden.
We also can supply a welcome pack with water, milk, orange juice, ham cheese and bread at a small charge.
