The villa was completed in 2008 and is built to a high standard and is located in a quiet residential area of El Madronal. The villa is beautifully furnished and spacious; there are large terraces, barbecue area and dining tables a large garden with sun loungers around 10x6m heated pool and shower area and all day sunshine. The front gardens have large earthenware pots filled with plant, tiled pathway to the main front door with grassed areas both sides.
There is a games with pool / air hockey table, table tennis and table football all accessable from the pool terrace. The newly opened Gran Sur shopping centre that includes multi-plex cinema, supermarket, designer shops and bars is within walking distance of the villa. Aqualand and Siam theme park with the largest water slide in Europe are close by. There are well kept clean beaches at Fanabe bay and El Duque that offer plenty of shops, bars and good local restaurants.
Notes on bedrooms: All with air conditioning
The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, two further upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds, the downstairs bedroom has a double bed. All have spacious wardrobes and bed side tables with lamps. There are several electrical, WiFi and TV sockets. There is also a fold up bed and a inflatable double mattress.

The is air conditioned with 2 leather settees, TV, WiFi, DVD and stereo. There are 2 side tables with lamps a coffee table and adjustable standard lamps.
Kitchen : New Kitchen - 28/0921 -Integral Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Freezer, Electric Hob, Built in Oven, and Microwave and a drinks chiller cabinet.
New Dining Table - The dining area is in the kitchen there is a 8 seater dining table..
The kitchen is fully integrated with silstone white storm work tops. It has a electric hob, built in electric oven and micro wave oven, extract fan, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric kettle. There cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups and saucers.
The gardens to entrance to the villa have two large earthenware pots filled with large and smaller plants either side of a tiled pathway. The upstairs balcony is accessed from 2 bedrooms it has a two seater setee, two chairs all wicker and a coffee table overlooks the garden and pool. The terrace has a 3 seater settee, 2 single chairs and coffee table, a dining table for upto 4 people. Down the steps to a 200m2 tiles area with a stone built BBQ with tables and chairs with umbrellas and a large gazibo. The garden is astro turf with borders of climbing plants and shrubs, there is a private pool that measures 10x6m and has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80mt and can be heated. There are 8no sun loungers for around the pool. There is a shower close to the pool for use prior to using the pool.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
All towels and linen are included in the hire rate and is changed on a weekly basis.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned on arrival, if a additional clean where required in a two week stay this could be organised but there would be a small charge.
The basement has been made into a games room. This consists of a Wii station with super mario, Wii fit etc (16 games). There is a pool table that if reversed is a air hockey table, table tennis and table football. All accessible from the pool terrace.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.

1, If the flight corridors are open between the clients origin to Tenerife and the client chooses not to fly - NO REFUND
2. If the flight corridor is closed between the clients origin to Tenerife and the client cannot fly - REFUND or RE-SCHEDULED IF POSSIBLE
3. Any clients choosing to cancel because of quarantine regulations or covid testing - NO REFUND
