This very luxurious villa for 8 has beautiful seeview and beautiful garden, terraces and pool, with many extras as tennis court, b.b.q area, table tennis, table football, bocce,darts and little children play area. The mediterranean big garden is beautiful and well maintained. You enter the house in a big entrance that leads to a fully equipped kitchen and big dining and living area and 2 double bedrooms with each a bathroom en suite and a extra bathroom for wheelchairs. There is a washing and drying area and separate extra toilet. An indoor staircase leads to two other big bedrooms with each bathroom ensuite and sliding doors going to a covered terrace.The living area has big sliding doors that leads to he big covered terrace with sea views and has comfortable furniture, as well as the big open terrace with sunbeds, dining and sitting area. In the pool is an separate area for little children.
There is a covered parking space and the house is at a dead end street. its a very quiet and very private house.
Bed Linen with towels is available and as acquired will cost 18€ per person. A beach towel will cost 4€ per person.
A baby cot and chair costs 25€.
On top of the prices comes the cleaning of 150€. Extra fee for cleaning for a pet is 40€.
Electricity is not included and costs 0,40€ per kw,
