CASA Monte Cala is the lower dwelling of three linked properties, it has private terrace with stunning views across the bernia mountains .
The house has been well furnished and benefits from the use of three pools exclusive for guests staying at Pueblo Monte Cala. There is one communal pool 100 meters from the house, then a further two larger pools (with a bar, kids play area) just a few minutes walk up the road.
The house comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace for ál fresco’ dining. The terrace has a dining table and six chairs.
The lounge/ dining room with air-conditioning has comfortable sofas, TV offering English channels, DVD player and a dining table
The american kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc .
It has three bedrooms - the main one has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes, the second is a twin room with air conditioning and wardrobes and the third has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms - a family bathroom and a shower room.
The property benefits from air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. There is air-conditioning in the main living area and the twin bedroom.

Additional Information
There are steps to the property which may make it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Please note the balcony has a big drop so care must be taken with children and they must not be allowed to climb they must be supervised at all times.
One air conditioning unit is available in the living area, the twin bedroom also has air conditioning. The two double bedrooms have tower fans.
The TV has English channels.

By Sebastian on 09-Aug-2025Casa Monte Cala, Lovely 3 bed home, 2 minute walk to the pools & bar, AC, TV The accommodation is beautifully equipped with all the necessities. The three bedrooms are spacious, and the living room with integrated kitchen is beautifully furnished. The two bathrooms were perfect for our large family. On the large terrace with breathtaking mountain views, we enjoyed eating, playing board games, and stargazing at night. One pool is located on the same street as our villa, a two-minute walk, and the other two are about a seven-minute walk away. We really enjoyed swimming there; the kids had a blast! It was very easy to get in touch with Sam (the keyholder) because we had a small issue with the Wi-Fi. He was very helpful, and Dimtri quickly resolved our problem. Elisabeth had given us information about the two best sandy beaches from the start, so we knew exactly where to go. Moraia Beach has a fairly small sandy beach, but the sea water is a beautiful turquoise. The restaurant, il Castillio, offers excellent cocktails and delicious food – even a very good vegan selection! Javea Beach is much larger, with a huge stretch of sand and many restaurants and shops.

What we didn't like was that the terrace awning was destroyed and they wanted to fix it during our stay. There was a little neglect in some things Las vistas eran maravillosas y el lugar muy tranquilo. La piscina de abajo siempre con poca gente y muy tranquila. Lo que no nos gustó fue que el toldo de la terraza estaba destrozada y querían arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia. Se veía en algunas cosas un poco de dejadez
