Description
Modern 3 bed gorgeous villa in Guardia Park, JaveaOutside the Property Fabulous pool area with large pool with roman steps. Plenty of terracing for sunbathing on the provided sun loungers. There is a covered terrace with comfortable sofas and around the corner there is a large table with relaxing chairs. Here you will also find the gas bbq. Details on the Coast and Beach The beach of Granadella is 4 km and in the summer there is a shuttle train who departs 5 minutes walk from the villa. The fabulous Sandy beach (El Arenal) is also only a 10 minute drive away, where you also will find many restaurants and bars. The old town of Javea where you can find the local market and lovely restaurants is a 20 minute drive. You can walk to various restaurants (Pizza restaurant at only 450m, a Spanish restaurant at 550m or an Indian restaurant at 850m) and a bar. Small supermarkets can be found within 2 kilometer and the larger supermarkets can be found within a 10 minute drive. Golf Details Javea Golf Club is approx. 11 km away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia is a 25 minute drive by car. Travelling to the Property Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast. Useful Distances Alicante airport is 102 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north (approx. 1 hour and 30 minute drive)
Living and dining room The living room has a very comfortable sofa. The television has various international channels and you can log in with your own account of Netflix etc. There is also fiber optic internet. The dining room table with 6 chairs is also situated in this room and to cool down the area there is an airconditioning available here. Kitchen & utility room Fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a under counter fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room with the washing machine, an extra fridge, the iron board and iron. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom Double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a door to the garden and it has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains to keep the room dark. Bedroom 2 2 single beds (90 x 1.90) with night stands and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The window has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains. Bedroom 3 Double bed (1.50 x 1.90) with nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The window has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains to keep the room dark. Bathroom 1 Modern bathroom with a walk in shower, a toilet, wash basin with mirror above and a towel rail. Bathroom 2 - Ensuite to the master bedroom Modern bathroom with a bath with shower over, toilet, a double sink, a bidet and a towel rail

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this. A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

By Michael on 30-Jul-2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious and lovely decorated villa. It met all our needs as a family with the large interior and comfortable furnishings. Having AC in the bedrooms and living area was very welcome during the hot days and evenings. The pool was a good size which allowed us to swim and have fun or relax surrounded by the pretty colourful garden affording us full privacy. The outdoor area also has a gas BBQ and shaded dining table area as well as separate shaded seating. We tended to eat at home making full use of the kitchen facilities as there are supermarkets and a baker nearby. There are also a few good restaurants within walking distance from the villa should you wish to dine out. The villa is situated in a nice quiet location but still only 5 -10 car minutes from the Arenal beach, shops and restaurants. There is also a pickup point near the villa which will take you to Granadella beach allowing you to leave the car at home. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable, and we felt very much at home here. The children loved the pool and spacious living room to play in and we would love to stay here next year should the villa be available.
