2 large sofa´s with a coffee table, TV with UK freeview channels. Aircon unit to cool down the bungalow or in the winter months to warm up the house.
Dining room
Dining area with a round table with 4 chairs and a standing cabinet full of glasses. The room is very light because of the big glass sliding doors. For the warm, sunny months you can put down the blinds or the awning to keep the sun out and keep the area cooler.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90). Night table with 4 drawers. Open cabinet space for your clothes, both hanging possibilities as to put it away in chest of drawers with 5 drawers.
Ceiling fan and stand alone fan. Mosquito net and shutter to keep away the mosquitos and to keep the room dark, for a good night of sleep.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90). Night table. Built-in wardrobe with mirror.

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00h and access on arrival is available from 16.00h
Alicante airport is 93 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Benitachell / Moraira is just 12 km from here.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Best holiday ever
By Jo on 13-Oct-2025The property is very clean and inviting. The rear garden is lit up at night. We spent many evenings under the gazebo having drinks and bbqs. The walk into town is very pleasent and you can be in your favourite bar in 5-10 mins or sat on the beach enjoying the sun.

By G. Brown on 05-Jul-2025Walking into Casa Susana took my breath away. The view straight through the house to the pool was stunning. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil week with our grandson. The outdoor space was above and beyond. Comfortable furniture, fabulous Bbq and wonderful views to the mountains. Getting the sun all day long was amazing and there was plenty of shady spots too. The pool was the perfect place to cool off with the outdoor shower/changing room ideal to dry off and change without going through the house in wet gear. I would definitley recommend it..
