Only 15 minutes from airport, this house is ideal for two families or golfing groups as there are numerous golf courses within easy reach.
The beautiful beaches of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are all within a 10 -20 minute drive or easily accessed via excellent travel links close by.

Ideal property for 2 families and golfing parties 8/9 people. With numerous golf courses within easy reach.

This lovely house is beautifully furnished for family holidays, Shared pool and communal area. Good accommodation all round, you won’t be disappointed as this is our home and not typical of a rental property in how it is furnished and equipped. 15 mins from Malaga Airport by car. Although a car is a nice convenience it is not a necessity. The house is only a short 10-12 minute walk away from the hub of the lovely Arroyo town centre.. Public transport is also excellent in Spain and buses and trains are regular and very cheap. fortunately our house is very close to a bus stop where regular buses can take you to the sea front or into town, from there you have bus and train links to all over the coast.

Additional balcony to the master bedroom and roof top terrace to family suite on the top floor with spectacular views to the sea and mountains. Garden/communal area and good sized shared gated pool with shower and toilet.

The accommodation is over 3 floors there are stairs to all bedrooms and steps down to the communal pool area.

A £150 non refundable deposit is required for each week booked and the balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your departure date.

A £200 refundable deposit is required to cover any breakages, damage, lost keys etc. This will be returned to you once the inspection check has been made and the keys have been returned to us PLEASE NOTE; YOUR HOLIDAY PAYMENT IS PROTECTED BY 'SIMPLY OWNERS PAYMENT PROTECTION' (please read the 'payment protection information' on the website. Although it's a rare occurrence,...on our follow-up information,.. we will also give you some, sure fire, easy security steps and advise on how to protect your holiday payment.
In the best interest towards the industry we are more than happy to do this whether you book with us or not.

HOLIDAY CHANGEOVER

Change over day peak period is Saturday but can be flexible providing it is not over lapping with other guests dates. Please don't hesitate to contact me regarding this. Arrival time is normally 3pm , departure time is 10am but we will be as flexible as we can

Costa del Sol also known as Costa del Golf. Some fabulous, award-winning golf courses within easy reach by car The nearest is Torrequebrada Golf Course which is 10 mins drive

Skiing

The Sierra Nevada mountain range only 2 hours away. Ski in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon!

GENERAL INFORMATION

The lovely town centre of Arroyo de la Miel is only a 10-12 minute walk from the property, it boasts a fabulous array of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a popular destination visited by all nationalities in the area but fortunately manages to maintain its Spanish identity , It really is a lovely town and It is the reason why we bought property in this area.
Benalmadena Pueblo is a short drive or bus journey, it's a typical Andalucian white-washed village, and well worth a visit, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only a few stops on the train. Benalmadena/Arroyo train station in the town centre is only a 10 minute walk from the house and can get you directly to the airport, and Malaga city centre or Fuengarola in the opposite direction.
Orgainsed coach trips to Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Mijas, Ronda, etc are available and you can pick up details at various points on the coast.

COAST/BEACH

Aproximately 25 mins walk from the house or jump on the local buses which run from just around the corner. All beaches of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are safe, clean, with well kept toilet facilities. A good choice of water sports are available. Sunbeds can be hired and there is a wide range of 'chiringuitos' serving all types of seafood.There are bars/restaurants located on most beaches. All beaches are 'blue-flag many have life-guards and first aid posts

TRAVEL

Malaga Airport is 15 minutes drive, a frequent inexpensive train service,which runs every 20 minutes, is available from the Airport to Arroyo de la Miel, from where a uber to the house is about 3.5 Euros. A taxi from airport to house costs appro ximately 30 Euros (uber is cheaper). Although car hire is not essential as the public transport system is very good - it would make your stay even more interesting allowing you to fully explore the surrounding area and countyside.



Further Details

Benalmadena Costa has excellent bars, night clubs, cabaret and dancing venues. There are bars hosting nightly quizzes, karaoke and bingo. Many bars have large screen TVs and show all the main sporting events. Bonanza Square with its lively atmosphere has loads of restaurants, bars and clubs. Tivoli World in Arroyo de La Miel is a Spanish theme park with rides, Flamenco dancing and evening concerts. From here you can take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views all the way down to the Rock of Gibraltar.

BENALMADENA MARINA (2 of the slider pictures are of the marina)

Its unique architecture along with its many shops, restaurants and famous nightlife has earned Benalmadena Marina the title of “Best Marina in the World" several times. Whether you like celeb’ spotting, shopping or just soaking up the atmosphere , It should feature high on your “must do list”

Paloma Park is within walking distance and is beautiful to stroll around. There is a large lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife there - cockerels, chickens, rabbits, peacocks to name but a few of creatures that share the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform their daily. There are two excellent water parks nearby in Torremolinos and Fuengirola (Mijas Costa) which are easy to get to and a fun day out for all the family. On the beach there are many water sports that you can take part in, including speed-bikes, pedalos and paragliding. Fishing trips are available from the Marina and the Port at Fuengirola and there are also daily boat trips from the marina including trips to see the dolphins.

Forever grateful for such a lovely holiday

We are extremely grateful to the owners of this property. We booked it last minute due to being double booked and let down with a property that we booked on another platform. After the trauma of being let down we had a fabulous holiday. The property was as described, spacious, (in fact, bigger than it looked on the photos), well equipped and in a great location, in actual fact we are in no doubt that we ended up with a better property and holiday all round, and it worked out cheaper. Eveline and Jason were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and the information was accurate and really useful. We loved the local town which was a walkable distance down the hill. It was great for shopping, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back and it’s already in our plans for next year
