You’ll love my place because of the swimming pools and large family kitchen. Also private garden with covered terrace area, a sun-terrace, gas BBQ for wonderful summer meals and cozy wood log burner for winter evenings. WiFi and A/C. Close to the airport.
Large 4 bedroom, situated in a private gated community, boasting large community swimming pool with 2 smaller children’s pools. The gated neighbourhood has tropical gardens and a basketball play area and offers a wonderful quiet relaxed haven, your own private space away from the hassle, whilst being perfectly placed on the Costa to very quickly access everything to keep you and the family entertained with beaches, golf, shops, culture etc... only a few minutes drive away. The town of Fuengirola is only 2km away.
From the house you can walk into the local suburb, boasting 5 restaurants and bars, ranging from a Spanish tapas bar, a Pizzeria bar offering very fresh pizzas, an Indian restaurant and the well priced "Verona" offering international cuisine. Additionally the local area has a supermarket, a children's park which includes adult exercise equipment, a hairdressers, a bakery and a pharmacy, all within 2 minutes walking. There is also a bus stop and taxi rank. Uber and Bolt also operate in the area. A walk to the closet town centre of Fuengirola is approx. 10 mins. Several beaches, only a few minutes by car and with very easy access to the whole Costa del Sol area.
The house is distributed over 3 levels. On the ground level, there is a private terrace at the entrance to the property, opening into the large and well-equipped open plan kitchen diner. Through an arch you enter into the spacious living area with A/C, a log wood burner and a TV with Amazon Prime. The living room leads to another good sized private covered outdoor terrace garden, with 20m2 for dining out al-fresco and a gas BBQ. The second level has 3 double bedrooms, all with A/C and 2 full bathrooms (one-en-suite). The third level has 1 double bedroom with A/C and a private roof terrace with lovely views of the tropical gardens and surrounding area. The house has one private parking space in front of the house. The property has high speed fibre optic WIFI internet. There is a baby bath, high chair and also a cot is available, if required, please ask us.
Our family home for 18 years, this property offers a genuine home from home feel. A stay here provides a lot more culture than the hotels in the town, with your own private space and all the creature comforts of home. On top of this you can be in the town in minutes when you want it. It is hard not to fall in love with this area.

The house was ideal for our needs and exploring the area. As a family we had a great time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and pool area was brilliant which the kids enjoyed. The house was a great size for a family of 5 and as shown in all the pictures. A car is recommended when staying here to make sure you can get about.
We would recommend staying here!

Fantastic place to stay!

The communication leading up to and throughout our stay was super efficient and Elizabeth was very helpful with any questions we had. The villa was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The pools were also great and a very short walk from the villa. We would highly recommend!

We had the best time
By Rowena on 15-Apr-2024We had the best time at John & Elizabeth's! The house looks just like the photos and it was very clean. Things like dish and hand soap, cleaning stuff, plenty of towels and even beach toys, parasols and life vests are there. The rooms upstairs were perfect for naps of our 1.5 yo: they could be darkened with shutters and the rooms in the front stay cool during the day. The master bedroom gets a little warmer l, but has airco and a fan. We only used the fan. Our kid loved walking around the spacious kitchen, living room and the back yard as well as the compound gardens. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay due to the drought, but it sure looked nice. The compound felt very safe and looks absolutely beautiful. I recommend a car to get around, but there are some shops, restaurants and a play ground very near, which is convenient. All other things are a short drive away, the location is excellent. Lastly, J & E are very nice, helpful and responsive. Happy to return!
