Villa Eileen is a 4 Bedroom spacious villa with three Bathrooms. It can accommodate 10 guests. This spacious boutique villa is suitable for families or a small group of friends. Villa Eileen is situated right bang in the centre of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. A short five minute walk will bring you into the resorts main beach, Las Cucharas, a stunning beach with miles of golden sands.

Unlimited high speed Internet and WIFI is available throughout the villa. Total living space is 300sq metres. Villa Ananda is air-conditioned to keep you cool during those warm Lanzarote evenings

The villa has a comfortable and spacious living room with plenty of seating. For your entertainment the latest media entertainment system is installed and includes an HD Smart TV. SKY TV Package with Sports and Movies. English channels are also available such as BBC1/2, ITV1,2,3,4, CH4/5, (Irish TV)RTE1/2,TVE3. Netflix and Satellite TV. A DVD player and Midi Hi-Fi System that you can jack your phone into.
There is also a separate sitting room on the upper level with a TV (multi English & Irish channels) and a DVD player. Double glass doors lead onto a balcony giving you full view of the pool area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted. This modern kitchen comes equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The Utility Room is off the dining area and has a washing machine, drying area and wine / drinks fridge.

Four Bedrooms
Villa Eileen has four bedrooms
Bedroom one consists of two double beds, free air conditioning, ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer. Bedrooms two and three both have two single beds, free air conditioning, ceiling fans and wall mounted hair dryers.
There is also a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and a hand wash basin. Both of these bathrooms are shared amongst bedrooms one, two and three.
Twin Double Bedroom
Consisting of Two big double beds, Air conditioning, ceiling fan and a wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom 2
Single bed and is also accessible through triple sliding doors off the rear patio area.
This also has an en-suite with walk in shower, Twin washbasin & WC.
Bedroom 3
A single bed, air conditioning and sliding doors leading out onto the pool & patio area.
This has an en-suite with walk in shower, washbasin, WC & Wall Mounted Hairdryer.
Master Bedroom 4
Super king size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer. This bedroom leads out onto its own private large sun terrace area with part sea views. It also has a balcony with two glass doors overlooking the pool and patio area.

Relax and rejuvenate in a luxurious Swimming Pool
The patio area has a large split-level sun terrace with a beautiful oval shaped salt water swimming pool. The pool can be lit up at night-time and looks lovely. With Romanesque style steps leading into it.
The pool and garden is surrounded by a tall lava rock wall. Helping to provide complete privacy. leaving you free to relax and sunbathe on the terrace.
Cleaning
Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 10 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 11-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change
There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.
The large heated kidney shaped swimming pool is 8m long by 4m and the depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.50m. Surrounding the pool and is a tranquil terrace area. Furnished with comfortable sun lounges and a covered alfresco dining area. With a secure door leading out onto the pool and patio.
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £125.00 per person per week and £160.00 per person during high season.
Terms: A 25% deposit is payable on booking confirmation .Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
