Offer from the 19TH APRIL- 11TH MAY £2800 for 6 personsLillos is a 3 bed 3 bath property Lillos with amazing sea views on the Costa Teguise golf estate is a truly family-friendly villa on the outskirts of Costa Teguise golf club- just a 6 euro taxi into the main square of Costa Teguise so a car advised but not essential- set in a 1250 meter plot with magnificent sea and mountain views 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms plus a double sofa bed + exterior and interior hot tub benefits from a large private heated pool and interior jacuzzi and exterior hot tub charges included plus free air con providing heat and cool - no extra charge. With a lovely play area, the villa sleeps 7 people.
The villa is also ideal for wheelchair users. Please ask for a callback so we can explain further how the villa may suit your family member with a disability. The villa has a landline number offering free telephone calls for taxis and has all modern comforts - we offer video tours by appointment via WhatsApp
- Car hire can be arranged from the airport or a collection service for 23 euros from Arrecife airport to our villa
We have a tourist license and have been letting for many years in our other villa, Villa Victoria 7 Los Helechos Costa Teguise (on simply owners is P56746)
For families with infants we have for your free use:- a travel cot with mattress/high chair/low chair/baby monitor/potty/baby bath/baby walker/pushchair/baby bedding.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for cool or heat, and the pool has a heat pump set at 28 degrees with solar cover for swimming with a nice warm pool throughout the year
We supply an assortment of children’s bikes that can be used on the huge circular driveway- we take all credit card payments for a charge of 1.5% - deposits are £500 per week with the remainder due 8 weeks before arrival-
The villa is for the sole use of the guests submitted on our booking form only we do not allow any other guests into our villa - so sorry, no parties, etc, and bookings are accepted only via adults over 30 years unless they are traveling with parents, etc

Great sunshine break
By William on 01-Jul-2025I went to this villa with 3 other couples. - we were keen to check out the golf whilst the women sunbathed. The villa is incredible. So much space we had a bathroom each and the various places to sit around the villa to have a drink was wonderful. We enjoyed the space at the front for our evening gins. We ate at the golf club and son’s wonderful restaurants 15 min walk from villa . We didn’t use it but the water park nearby. Sue had thought of everything- lovely glasses and the villa is beautifully presented. We requested an additional mid-week clean as we were on our holidays so just wanted to chill. Nothing was too much bother. Sue sorted us out. The pool was lovely and kind on skin .. the pool man came to clean it too. He didn’t chat much but suppose he had a job to do. Will definitely be booking again and reccomend

Amazing facilities
By Claire on 14-Feb-2026We went on a school holiday break with our teenage girl and 10 y/old twins. I ended up cooking direct with Sue as I like the personal contact anc she was wonderful.. very responsive. The villa was great - lovely warm pool for the boys to splash about in and my daughter loved getting in the hot tub. We would walk into town and get a short taxi ride home. The bus is super quick to get into puerto del carmen And my daughter loved the shopping at areceife ( we got a taxi and was reasonable) the boys liked the arcade there. The villa had loads of space for us and is so modern, spotlessly clean and so many amenities. There was a pool table and table tennis too! There were bikes available to rent but we didn’t bother. Clean filtered water available so we hardly needed to go to supermarket. Will def be back

Amazing birthday getaway
By Grace on 06-Jan-2026I contacted Sue via her website to book our short break, arriving on the 6th January - 11th January 2026 - the villa is large, modern, with a fabulous sea view -we enjoyed the hot tub each night - we walked downhill to Playa Bastian 15- 20 mins where there are lots of nice restaurants and bars the taxi back was 5 euro - to town its 6 euro from the villa. We would definitely go back for a full week with a car as the roads are super easy and quiet - we have previously stayed in Villa Victoria, which Sue and Derek own with family, but fancied a change and were not disappointed- my hubby is a keen golfer and walked with his clubs- there is a short cut over the golf course

A lovely spot in the sun

We were 4 adults and 2 children people and seeking some winter sun and were well catered for in this huge villa with its enormous bathrooms and vast array of gadgets. The hot tub was a great way to start the day and warm up in the pool was just right to cool off and play in during the aftrenoon. I don't think I'd want to stay here without a car to fetch groceries and reach the restaurants and takeaways of the town (as there is nothing within short walking distance) but with one the beaches and sights were easily accessible. It is well placed, well maintained, and we were well looked after. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the sea from the garden and set behind the mountains and villas behind. We recommend the nice walk around the volcano you can see from the porch too but didn't test the golf. Thank you too for the box full of pool toys and the use of the body boards.
