We charge full occupancy for all school holidays/Xmas and New Year, which is for 6 adults 4 children, £2251 ( 2 infants in cots free in bookings of 8 plus)Note quiet times, eg early Dec and early January, we charge just £1260 for 4 persons with solar heating -using 2 double bedrooms

Our single-floor, Spanish bungalow-style villa features a beautiful 8-metre by 4-metre heated, mosaic swimming pool. The pool is guaranteed a minimum of 28 degrees thanks to our electric and solar-powered swimming pool heating system, making our villa the perfect choice for winter holidays
The villa benefits from large front and rear alfresco dining and relaxing areas, which are fully equipped with BBQ, lounge seating and dining tables.
We can accommodate 10 plus 2 infants in cots
The pools are child-proofed with safety gates for our guests’ peace of mind, and fully equipped with baby and child toys to keep the little ones occupied while the adults relax in the tropical island climate.
The living area in Villa Victoria is a spacious lounge and a separate dining room with access to the front and rear of the sunny patio. There is also a fabulous, gated play area for children. we have a large sunshade pergola so children can play safely all day long!
The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind. We also have 2 adult bikes with infant seats and assorted child bikes and pushchairs for your use, completely free of charge.
We offer the following equipment free of charge: trampoline, Wendy house, slide and sand/water table and table tennis for the teens.

We supply full retainer conditions before booking.- Please note that the villa is for the sole use of guests on our booking form only- rooms are only prepared for guests booked - spare rooms are locked as air con per room we do not charge and is very expensive to run
Villa Victoria is perfectly located; you do not need to hire a car if you do not wish to. The nearest beach is a mere 700 metres away and the local shops, bars and restaurants are just 150 metres away, so walking to the close amenities is not a problem for most travellers.
If you want soft play or bowling, located at Santa Rosa, just 100m away from the villa, and the nearest park is just 50 metres away!
Getting to Villa Victoria is easy. Taxis at the airport, which will cost roughly €20-25. We are happy to recommend a transfer service, and of course, car hire (should you wish to take it) is very reasonably priced. There is also a reliable and cost-effective bus service all around the island.
Should you wish to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, the walk along the beautiful promenade will take roughly 15 mins. Or if you prefer a taxi, the cost is just roughly €5
Booking with us is easy- when you decide to proceed, we hold your date to give you time to pay the deposit by card or bank transfer. The deposit is £500 per week, paid by bank transfer- please add 1.5% if you prefer card. We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express).
Balance payments must be made at least 8 weeks before your arrival (if booked in advance). We are happy to accept a bank transfer for this payment if you prefer.
Please note that we charge FULL OCCUPANCY during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, and New Year).

Leave ReviewLovely stay at an excellent villa
By David Fenn on 01-Nov-2025We spent 3 weeks at Villa Victoria. The first week with our son, his partner and our baby grandson. The facilities are excellent, with lots of toys and things for children to do. We were lucky with the weather and spent time in the pool every day. The second week we had on our own, and the third week friends came to stay. The owner (Sue) kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Sue made us feel very welcome and cared for. Would definitely recommend for families.

Wow, amazing
By Jamie on 25-Oct-2025Wow, we have nothing negative to say about this property, it has everything and more! It worked really well for our stay as we were 2 families, so we had our own private space. The pool was fantastic complete with floaties to use, plenty of seating areas which was great as we could follow the sun around. It was lovely not having to get up at silly o clock to get your sunbed! The villa is in a great location to amenities and only a short walk into the main area. We did a food order from a local supermarket to be delivered, which was great as we didn't have to carry back any heavy bags. Sue was a great help, on the end of the phone for any advice. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant villa
By Andrew on 05-Oct-2025We enjoyed every minute of it holiday at Sue's villa. Sue communicated well in the lead up the holiday, gave us lots of information on the local area. The place was spotless when we arrived. The photos don't do it justice, be the outside area is huge, it's really safe for younger kids, lots of safety features to keep them away from the pool or anywhere else unsupervised. Pretty much everything you'd need is available at the villa in terms of household equipment. Plus its in a quiet area, although I'm sure there were times we weren't the quietest when we were in the pool. Within 10 minutes of the villa there's shops, bars and places to eat and then a bit further away, just still walking distance there's a busier area with bars and restaurants. If we return to Lanzarote this will be our first choice accommodation.

Beautiful villa and wonderful stay
By Kayley hill on 04-Sep-2025Our holiday to lanzarote started at a different villa that was damp and full of cockroaches, I posted online and Sue came to the rescue telling me she had availability and her villa was SEN friendly. (Our daughter has down syndrome and autism) the villa was spotless, not a bug in site, they have thought of everything for young children with special needs. 10/10 from me and will be booking again over the coming years. Thanks Sue 🥰

Amazing place to stay
By Antonia Redmond on 28-Aug-2025We loved everything about villa Victoria all 10 of us who went. We couldn't fault anything. Sue was so lovely and always a message or email or call away. It was big clean had everything you need . We would highly recommend families of any ages especially babies and toddlers. You don't need to take anything with u . We will definitely be returning as we have a 2nd booking already
