10 persons with pool heating for 4 double bedrooms and a lounge sofa bed with air con £2500- we charge full occupancy for all school holidays and Xmas and New Year ( also from June to the end of September) for 2026/2027. The villa sleeps 6 adults and 4 children ( plus 2 infants in cots)

Our single-floor, Spanish bungalow-style villa features a beautiful 8-metre by 4-metre heated, mosaic swimming pool. The pool is guaranteed a minimum of 28 degrees thanks to our electric and solar-powered swimming pool heating system, making our villa the perfect choice for winter holidays
The villa benefits from large front and rear alfresco dining and relaxing areas, which are fully equipped with BBQ, lounge seating and dining tables.
We can accommodate 10 plus 2 infants in cots
The pools are child-proofed with safety gates for our guests’ peace of mind, and fully equipped with baby and child toys to keep the little ones occupied while the adults relax in the tropical island climate.
The living area in Villa Victoria is a spacious lounge and a separate dining room with access to the front and rear of the sunny patio. There is also a fabulous, gated play area for children. we have a large sunshade pergola so children can play safely all day long!
The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind. We also have 2 adult bikes with infant seats and assorted child bikes and pushchairs for your use, completely free of charge.
We offer the following equipment free of charge: trampoline, Wendy house, slide and sand/water table and table tennis for the teens.

We supply full retainer conditions before booking.- Please note that the villa is for the sole use of guests on our booking form only- rooms are only prepared for guests booked - spare rooms are locked as air con per room we do not charge and is very expensive to run
Villa Victoria is perfectly located; you do not need to hire a car if you do not wish to. The nearest beach is a mere 700 metres away and the local shops, bars and restaurants are just 150 metres away, so walking to the close amenities is not a problem for most travellers.
If you want soft play or bowling, located at Santa Rosa, just 100m away from the villa, and the nearest park is just 50 metres away!
Getting to Villa Victoria is easy. Taxis at the airport, which will cost roughly €20-25. We are happy to recommend a transfer service, and of course, car hire (should you wish to take it) is very reasonably priced. There is also a reliable and cost-effective bus service all around the island.
Should you wish to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, the walk along the beautiful promenade will take roughly 15 mins. Or if you prefer a taxi, the cost is just roughly €5
Booking with us is easy- when you decide to proceed, we hold your date to give you time to pay the deposit by card or bank transfer. The deposit is £500 per week, paid by bank transfer- please add 1.5% if you prefer card. We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express).
Balance payments must be made at least 8 weeks before your arrival (if booked in advance). We are happy to accept a bank transfer for this payment if you prefer.
Please note that we charge FULL OCCUPANCY during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, and New Year).

Quality Villa on the southern fringe of Costa Teguise
By Niall on 07-Mar-2026This is an excellent property for large families with young children, the master bedroom has an ‘on suite’ and an ‘on nursery’ with two single beds and a cot. The other main bedroom also has an on suite with walk in shower and access to the pool area and the fourth bedroom, a twin is opposite the third bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a separate utility, dinning and lounge, which also has a bed settee. We have rented villas in and around Costa Teguise several times a year for the last eleven years, this is by far the best one we’ve ever rented. Very clean, really well equipped throughout especially equipment for young families with great facilities which our grandchildren would have loved, ( shame they weren’t there😉). Sue is probably the most informative host we’ve ever experienced and she provided lots of advice and guidance regarding the area. It is slightly further out than the main square in the centre of Costa Teguise, but it’s an easy mile walk if you want to go there. There are plenty of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes, but ensure you book to avoid disappointment.

The perfect villa for a family holiday

It was our first family holiday with both of our young children (aged two years and nine months), and from the moment we arrived we felt completely at ease. The property is incredibly well equipped for families — with stair gates throughout, a fantastic nursery, plenty of toys, and a heated pool that everyone enjoyed. It’s also conveniently located within an easy walk of local shops, bars and restaurants, parks and the beach which was made even simpler thanks to the double and single prams, as well as bikes with child seats provided. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, making our stay comfortable and truly relaxing. Cannot wait to rebook in the near future.

By Karen Harrison on 10-Feb-2026Our family stayed for a week the place was amazing I have 4 grandchildren under 4 the may kids and there partners it clean and there was everything my family needed to make a great holiday we know the area very well as we have stayed in hotels but the beach is handy the bars and food were handy and lidal just a bike ride away or taxi for 5 euros Sue was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us we will be booking next year xxxwas so helpful and sent links for the
