Description
Situated in the heart of Costa Teguise you will find this very large beautiful Vacation Rental Home with views across the ocean from the terrace and roof terrace.The Vacation Rental Home has 6 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms, 1 twin) and 5 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite)
As you enter the Vacation Rental Home from the grand hallway the first door on your right leads you to an en-suite bedroom with a King size bed, there is a TV and DVD player in this bedroom. The luxurious marble bathroom has a bath with shower over, a separate shower cubicle, twin sinks, toilet and a bidet.
There is also a convenient entrance toilet and sink.
A few steps up from the lounge area you will find the Grand Master Suite (Super King size bed) with impressive en-suite bathroom, the bedroom has a sofa, TV and DVD player. In the bathroom, which is as big as most people’s lounge area, you will find ‘his and her’ sinks, bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. This bathroom also houses the private sauna and a separate steam room (please do not use these at the same time). Patio doors lead to the pool area from the Master Suite bathroom.
Further down the hall you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms that have another lounge area with sofas and a table and chairs, so larger parties can get the peace and tranquility needed.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 (double and a twin bed) share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom that has twin sinks, toilet, bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle.
The 5th & 6th bedrooms have double bed and an en-suite with a sink, bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and a separate shower enclosure.
Back to the kitchen and you will find the large open plan kitchen diner that is fully stocked with everything you could wish for the cook in the house.

Washing machine and chest freezer is located in the utility room off the kitchen area.
The huge open plan lounge with large flat screen TV has 2 seating areas and a dining table big enough for a banquet.
WIFI is available free of charge at this Vacation Rental Home and there is internet TV available and a well stocked DVD and CD cabinet. There is a surround music system and at least 4 iPod docking stations to play music around the Villa. A PS3 is also provided but please bring your own games.
Although the Vacation Rental Home does not have air conditioning, air blowers have been fitted to all rooms which can be controlled separately to blow cool area around each room.
Outside you will find the private garden with numerous seating areas and the large Canarian BBQ, there is also a gas BBQ provided.
The large 13m x 4m (1.2 to 1.6 depth) swimming pool can be electrically heated at an extra cost of €25 per day.
You will find the sunken Jacuzzi at the end of the patio where stairs lead up to the roof terrace with wonderful views of the Ocean and also the King of Spain’s Lanzarote residence.
Six sun loungers are provided with a double padded day bed for the sun worshippers.
There are numerous beach mats and cooler boxes and bags.
Beach/Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

By Helen on 01-Jan-2023Casa Don Seka, Beautiful 5 bed Villa with Sea Views, Hot Tub & Sauna Reservation ID #HA-PLMRB5 We went as a family group for Christmas . The property was a great size with lots of seating areas in and outside meaning we could always find a quiet place if wanted. The kitchen was well stocked making group catering easy. Great location near the beach and only a 10-15 minute walk into town Date of arrival - 21 December 2022
Casa Don Seka

We were 2 families travelling together and this villa was great for giving us the rooms and space we needed. Bit of an unusual layout with 1 master room being off the entrance lobby and 3 of the ‘smaller’ bedrooms being furthest away and almost self-contained. All bedrooms and bathrooms were more than big enough. Good location for walks into town and along the waterfront. I would say the photos online are quite flattering, no doubt the villa is lovely and the decor also very eclectic. The beds were very firm, certainly took some getting used to! Communication from the owner was great throughout and Karina who met us on arrival was very helpful and left contact details should we have needed anything during our stay.

The people in my party summed it up when they first saw the villa "OH MY GOD" with delight, everything you could wish for in the villa, a stroll away from the local shops, restaurants, & the sea, yet with total privacy as well, I would highly recommend this villa & hope to book it again at some point. The Lanzluxuryvillas staff were also friendly & helpful
What a superb villa!
By Sharmaine Kiddy on 25-May-2016What a superb villa!! I can honestly say it was one of the best villas we have stayed in. Everything about it was just beautiful! That amazing foyer – took your breath away when you entered the villa, and from then on it was just one beautiful experience after another. The villa had such a welcoming and homely vibe. Everything you could want was there: the lounge with all the music, cds, comfy sofas - that beautiful classical guitar! The kitchen was so user friendly, the beds and bedding – so, so comfortable! I had some of the best sleeps for a very, very long time, better than my own bed at home, lol! We really felt as if Don and Seka had invited us over and they had just popped out and left us to make ourselves at home. Loved the pool and hot tub and sauna – all meticulously clean. Everything was meticulously clean and fresh, in addition to the pool and hot tub etc I’ve mentioned above, so too were the towels, bed linen, beds, all the rooms..... well everything! I think we have Karina to thank for all that. She was really lovely! So very helpful and kind and willing to do anything possible to ensure we were happy there. A gem of a villa manager! I hope that Karina felt that we looked after the villa and left it in good order and reasonably clean and tidy. We certainly felt so much at home there that we wanted to look after Don and Seka’s home just as we would our own home. When we go to Lanzarote again we really would love to stay at this villa again! We really wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! So please convey a big, big ‘Thank You’ to the Owners for letting us stay in their beautiful home, and to Karina for being such a gem and making sure everything was just perfect.
