A beautiful and unique 3 bedroom detached house, traditionally constructed with local stone exterior, exposed beams, shuttered windows, air conditioned bedrooms, full central heating and Jotul log burning stove for cosy winter evenings.All new houses in Deia are strictly controlled and built in the original style, which has helped to preserve the charm and character of the village.
The location of ‘Son Jazmin’ is idyllic, set within a small and peaceful residential hamlet, with the spectacular mountains as a back drop; the dramatic coast line and Mediterranean Sea as a foreground.
All this, and yet within ten to fifteen minutes walking distance of the centre of the very special village of Deia.

By Pat and Laurie Steele- California USA on 24-May-2025Having stayed in Deia on many occasions at one of our favorite spots in the world, Belmond’s La Residencia, we were a little concerned that we would miss the ambiance the hotel exudes. We both had the opposite reaction. Son Jazmin is just fantastic. The views, the villa’s owners attention to detail are off the charts. The furnishings, linens, bedding are all first class. It’s a 10–15 easy walk into “town” and 20–25 min walk to Cala Deia. We will definitely be back. A final word about our hosts, I feel like we sort of gained a friend. Couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.
“Family get away”

The villa is in the perfect location for walking into Deia and sightseeing nearby at Valdemossa, Sóller & Fornalutx. The house has the most amazing views from the numerous terraces and a lovely pool which our children loved. The property is homely and very well stocked with all you could need. All contact with the owners/reps was excellent and ensured a comfortable stay. We will definitely be visiting again in the future! Thank you so much.
Stunning Stay at Son Jazmin

The villa had all the amenities we could have hoped for, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Everything was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The booking process was seamless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to unwind—we’d go back in a heartbeat!
Heathers place was absolute perfection

Check-in was seamless, with someone waiting at the house for us. The house is an easy walk to the town, restaurants and markets. It was peaceful and quiet at Son Jazmin even when the town got busy midday. We walked over to Soller one day directly from the house and felt like we were in the best location to explore Mallorca, always happy to return in the evening to paradise. Would love to come back!

The views, the villa, the weather all make it the perfect location to relax and unwind. Heather keeps the villa in pristine fashion. Everything you need is there. Close proximity to town, great restaurants, wonderful hiking trails all make this a place we will return to again and again.

The house really is a home from home with every conceivable kitchen accessory, superbly comfortable, private, quiet and perfect for a relaxing break in Deia. The heated pool is spotlessly clean and warm with very comfortable loungers to relax in on the several patio areas. There are numerous really good restaurants within walking distance from the house in Deia and we certainly intend to go back again for a holiday in the future.
