Situated in the exclusive residential area of Les Rotes, Denia on the foothills of the Montgo National Park our three bedroom/one bathroom and separate cloakroom is ideal for a family summer holiday/ long winter let. There are two wide balconies, front and side that get full sun in the morning and afternoon. The balconies have views towards the sea and over the gardens and pool. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and eating al fresco. The living room is bright and spacious with comfortable sofa and chairs and and an indoor dining table. Sliding doors on two sides open out onto the balconies. For winter there is a blow heater that gives off a good heat.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. All cleaning products and equipment are provided for guests use.

There is a large bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit. Next to it is also a separate cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and shaver point. Both are just a step away from the three bedrooms, one with a King size bed, one with two 101 cm beds and one 90cm single bed. All bedlinen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

A rear balcony off the kitchen has views towards Denia Castle and gets the sun in the evenings and there is a washing line for drying clothes. Outside there is a large adult pool and baby pool surrounded by pretty gardens. There is also a tennis court and children's play area. Off street parking is available underneath the apartment block and to the rear and there is easy access to the front entrance which has a disability ramp. Two lifts take you up to the 7th floor.

Seven minutes walk away is the Les Rotes waterfront which is great for sunbathing, snorkeling and shrimping. A pathway leads from Les Rotes to Denia Marina and Port. This area is suitable for walking and cycling. There are several excellent bars and restaurants in the vicinity. There is also a bus that runs from Denia Port to Les Rotes and stops in front of the development.

We endeavour to provide a clean and safe environment for your holiday. We have a property manager who looks after the apartment for us and should you encounter any problems during your stay, she will be on hand to assist you. There is also a resident concierge at the development who is very helpful.
