Description
Detached 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury villa on the exclusive estate of El Pilar in El Paraiso, just 10 mins drive from- Puerto Banus & Marbella. The Villa is close to numerous bars and restaurants, just 200 metres away and only 20 min walk to the nearest beach.Surrounded by a high marble wall with secure gated intercom access with parking for 3 cars the villa offers complete privacy for clients . The Villa is tastefully furnished throughout and features a large pool table, games room & outside table tennis, (a favourite with adults and teenagers). The property is fully equipped with computer, X-box, Playstation, Sonos Music System & Satellite TV. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean style garden with sunbeds featuring deep padded cushions. There is an exterior dining table front and rear plus barbeque all romantically lit for alfresco dining! The solar heated pool & child's paddling pool are ideal for winter holidays with guaranteed temperatures of 27 degrees. Also the patio has been secured with infants in mind, with a sliding lockable gate which keeps infants safe from the pool while clients are dining.
The rear play area is also gated to give families peace of mind. For clients free use we have 2 high chairs, free standing infant activity centre/mat & activity centre, & 2 child bikes. There is also a table tennis/large pool table set and games, books, dvds, toys, inflatables. Also a large flat screen TV with XBox and playstation in one of the children's bedrooms. The property also benefits from TVs in every bedroom. There is also outside toys such as trampoline, swings, slide and rocker.
Should you feel a little chilly, there is also heating for those winter holidays.
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Spain. With dry hot summers, mild winters and over 300 days of sunshine a year it's not hard to imagine why, here there is something for everyone; the golf in the area is fabulous with many great courses, the sandy beaches offer every water sport imaginable, excellent sightseeing and fantastic bars, restaurants and nightlife
Just 10 mins walk away there is a large family bar with outside play area with football nets swings etc. They serve food and is very popular with families. We offer a free cleaning service once per week with towels and linen changed. Clients can book a daily maid service/home help for just 10 euro per hour. We offer free pool clean twice per week.

Incredible Villa - could not have asked for more. Loved it!
By Marcus and Natasha on 14-May-2022We stayed in the Palm Villa for a week in May as a family and it was fantastic! It definitely felt luxury with marble floors, a huge private pool in the garden, a pool table just off the kitchen, a second garden with lots of toys and a trampoline for kids and BBQs in both gardens! All rooms were spacious and had climate control that you had remotes for. It was great that each room could accommodate children with either cots or bed guards to choose from. Lots of spare bedding, towels and toys made it feel perfect for a family but also the whole Villa was so spacious, even with a big family we still felt like we had a lot of space (3 bedrooms definitely helped with this!). The pool was the highlight of our week, it was so much bigger than we expected so we spent hours in it every day! There were more than enough sun loungers for us all (they were really comfy too!) and it was lovely to have a full sized outdoor dining table near the pool, really did feel like a luxury to be able to eat by the pool but in total privacy! There is a Maintenance team that come once a week. How they managed to clean the pool, top up the water levels, cut the grass and hedges without us seeing or hearing them before we had breakfast at 8am I don’t know! Their work was so impressive and silent too! Again this added to the luxury feeling! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, plastic kids plates/cups and two huge fridges so you could do one big shop at the start of your holiday and genuinely not need to leave the villa again or you could walk 5mins to the local shops/bars/restaurants/cafes if you didn’t want to cook. We had an amazing time, we couldn’t have asked for more from the villa and the hosts and we’ll definitely be retuning next year!
absolutely fantastic and after COVID- great golf
By Mills family on 28-Jul-2020Absolutely fantastic Villa and Location Left on Jul 24, 2020 for a stay in Jul 2020 After we’d had enough of Covid and once the UK had an Air bridge with Spain, we decided to book Sueyatesvillas in El Paraiso. Since there were 8 of us we needed a villa and location that suited all of us! And wow! Sueyatesvillas did just that! From the very first contact at booking, throughout our stay and right to the end of our trip. Sue was absolutely fantastic:) Her knowledge of the villa and all the forms we needed to fill in due to COVID was outstanding! The villa location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The boys throughly enjoyed the El Paraiso golf course every single day! The villa itself had everything you could need or want, from the complimentary wine, milk and biscuits on arrival, the fully stocked kitchen, the abundance of towels, children’s and adults DVD’s, toys, games, bath step, spare plugs, very comfortable beds and a pool that we loved. Perfect Villa
By Joanne G on 15-Oct-2019Joanne G Bradford Perfect villa Left on Jul 16, 2018 for a stay in Jul 2018 Our family of 12 including 5 teenagers and one 15 month baby stayed at palm villa for a week in July. Fabulous villa catering for all ages. The ping pong table and pool table kept the boys happy along with the swimming pool! Great little shallow pool area for the baby and a garden full of swings/slides and trampoline. The wendy house was a big hit for little Matilda. The villa is huge and all four bedrooms are great . The kitchen has two big fridges and a large freezer so no complaints there! Beautifully decorated and modern with all you need . The quaint street which the villa is on is so pleasant surrounded by lush colourful shrubs and other private villas. Plenty of supermarkets/butchers and bars/restaurants only a 5 min walk away. Main road at the bottom is very busy and buses run frequently to popular places like Estepona/Marbella/puerto banus...all no more than 20 min bus ride away. We found that taxis back were better rather than trying to find the right bus stop to return. Prices reasonable. Sue Yates the owner was always on handfor help and very kind giving us lots of info when needed. All in all a great week away with family and i would definately recommend it to anyone.
