Description
Our large and luxurious penthouse apartment set on a corner plot, stands in a beautiful and tranquil setting. It is immaculately presented and well cared for. We take pride in its appearance and aim to provide every comfort to make your stay as relaxing as possible.The large, dual aspect, large sunny terrace overlooks the main fountain and waterways of the established El Presidente complex and across one of the pools to the backdrop of the mountains.
We chose this apartment as our second home as we love the feeling of space and light which carries on to the terrace, which is great for entertaining with a built in brick BBQ area, outdoor fridge and sink, as well as outdoor sofas and a dining area for 6.
The accommodation is fitted to an extremely high standard where we benefit from large marbled floored open plan living areas with Air Conditioning/heating, Wi/Fi, 46" flat screen Smart TV in the lounge, with Netflix and numerous UK and sports channels available.
Home entertainment also includes a wall mounted flat screen TV in the main bedroom,
We also have free broadband high speed Wi-Fi access.
The apartment is double glazed throughout and Both bedrooms are fitted with roll down shutters for nighttime.
Large fully fitted dining kitchen which is superbly equipped with everything you would find in your kitchen at home including halogen hob, all integrated appliances ( fan oven, microwave, full height fridge/freezer), coffee machine, blender and electric griddle plate. We have a huge range of serving dishes, crockery, etc plus kids crockery, beakers etc. We also have a high chair and cot for babies ( with linen), baby bouncer and changing mat.
The extremely spacious lounge is tastefully decorated and is modern, uncluttered and stylish with a dining area ( comfortable seating for 6) that opens out onto the terrace via two sets of French doors, and benefits from the fabulous views.
We are situated in the quietest part of the complex, but only a short walk through the peaceful grounds to any one of 5 superb pools (one heated all year round). If you fancy a game of tennis, or paddle, El Presidente has 4 courts available free for the use of guests year round. There is even a golf driving bay available to help you get your swing in shape for any of the 30 plus local courses, including the Ryder Cup venue of Valderama.
We're only 400m from the beach and walking distance to a range of beach bars and restaurants. Please be aware that some beach bars, bars and restaurants may be closed in the winter months or out of the “main “season.

This large apartment is beautiful, modern, stylish, comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday. This really feels like home from home, it is fully equiped & large & airy. A lovely penthouse location overlooking one of the 5 pools! Great sized terrace with sunbeds, comfortable outdoor patio furniture, 6 seater table & chairs & 2 BBQs! It was very hot whilst we were there but on the terrace you got the breeze which made it nice to sunbathe. We would definately recommend spending time here, there are some really lovely restaurants & bars close by, it's not far to Marbella/Peurto Banus. There's a new beachbar that has just opened which has great food & a spa!! It wasa great place to have a relaxing holiday! Thanks!
Fabulous penthouse apartment
By Chris L on 30-Sep-2013We enjoyed a weeks stay at the end of September, weather was great so was the penthouse. The property is light and spacious has lovely views over one of the 5 swimming pools on the complex and a good terrace with BBQ, loungers and table & chairs. The complex is very peaceful and beautifully maintained, the gardens and water features are a sight to behold! El Presidente is in a great location so handy for Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona. Would highly recommend, owners very nice & helpful to deal with, great all round.
Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex

The fact that it was only two bedroomed was wonderful as it gave it loads of living and kitchen space. It was well equipped and the management company were helpful when we had a small issue with the bathroom - we mentioned it to them and it was sorted before we got back that day. All the furniture both inside and outside the apartment was high quality and it is easy to see that it is a cared for family apartment. We will definitely recommend it but I will also say to people that to get the best out of the area, it is helpful if you are fairly mobile. In order to get to the bars and restaurants over the main road (not visible or audible from the apartment or complex), you need to walk over one of two footbridges - both a bit of a walk away. Worth doing as we found some good places but I would have been frustrated if we had had to rely on using the car all the time. Also, it is a penthouse apartment so you have to be able to get up the stairs to get to it... Thanks for a lovely break
Lovely apartment in a beautifully kept complex

Just a few minutes to San Pedro Alcantara with its lovely Paseo Maritimo and great restaurant on the beach, open even in February. From there it's a lovely walk to Peurto Banus. There are also lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
